No. 16 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer the powers of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class upon the following members of H.C.S.(J.B.) to be exercised within the District mentioned against their name in column No. 4 below:-
