संख्या 28 GA-87/D-15.— जबकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि पहले से निर्मित गुरुग्राम पटौदी रेवाड़ी रोड सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए ग्राम-हरसरू, तहसील-हरसारू, जिला-गुरुग्राम में कुल 0.2125 एकड़ भूमि की आवश्यकता है।
एतद्द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि 2012 के सीडब्ल्यूपी संख्या 22156 में पारित आदेश दिनांक 23.07.2013 के अनुपालन में उपरोक्त उद्देश्य के लिए नीचे वर्णित इलाके में भूमि की आवश्यकता है, जो 2012 के सीडब्ल्यूपी संख्या 17801 के साथ-साथ 2019 के ईए संख्या 21 में पारित आदेश दिनांक 29.04.2024 के अनुपालन में है। विचाराधीन भूमि पीडब्ल्यूडी बी एंड आर विभाग के कब्जे में है और इसे पत्र संख्या 14/22/2024-2 बी एंड आर (डब्ल्यू) दिनांक 24.04.2024 और पत्र संख्या 14/18/2024-2 बी एंड आर (डब्ल्यू) दिनांक 26.04.2024 द्वारा जारी सक्षम प्राधिकारी से सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन रिपोर्ट से भी छूट दी गई है।
(144)PART I] HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., FEB. 10, 2026 (MAGH. 21, 1947 SAKA) 145 अतः घोषणा की जाती है कि ग्राम-हरसरू, तहसील-हरसरू, जिला-गुरुग्राम में उपर्युक्त परियोजना के लिए 0.2125 एकड़ अर्थात 0.085 हेक्टेयर मानक माप का अधिग्रहण किया जा रहा है, जिसका निम्न्लिखित विवरण अधिग्रहण के अधीन हैः-

यह घोषणा भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित मुआवजा और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का केंद्रीय अधिनियम 30) की धारा 15 के तहत प्रदान किए गए अनुसार इच्छुक व्यक्तियों की आपत्तियों की सुनवाई और उचित जांच के बाद की गई है। भूमि अधिग्रहण के कारण पुनर्वासित किए जाने वाले संभावित परिवारों की संख्या 0 (शून्य) है।
भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर, पीडब्ल्यूडी बी एंड आर, गुरुग्राम के कार्यालय में काम के घंटों के दौरान किसी भी कार्य दिवस पर भूमि की एक योजना का निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है।

DECLARATION
No. 28 GA-87/D-15.—Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that a total of 0.2125 acres land is required in the Village- Harsaru, Tehsil –Harsaru, District-Gurugram for public purpose, namely already constructed Gurugram Pataudi Rewari Road.
It is hereby declared that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose in compliance of the order dated 23.07.2013 passed in CWP No. 22156 of 2012 connected with CWP No. 17801 of 2012 as well as order dated 29.04.2024 passed in EA No. 21 of 2019. The land in question is under possession of PWD B&R Department & same is also exempted from the social impact assessment report from the competent authority issued vide letter No. 14/22/2024-2 B&R (W) dated 24.04.2024 and letter No. 14/18/2024-2 B&R (W) dated 26.04.2024.

This declaration is made under after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). The number of families likely to be resettled due to Land Acquisition is 0 (Zero).
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, PWD B&R Br., Gurugram on any working day during the working hours.
