संख्या 02/04/2025-2IB-II.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा खान एवं भू-विज्ञान विभाग (ग्रुप ग) मुख्यालय सेवा नियम, 1998 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा खान एवं भू-विज्ञान विभाग (ग्रुप ग) मुख्यालय सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2026 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा खान एवं भू-विज्ञान विभाग (ग्रुप ग) मुख्यालय सेवा नियम, 1998 में परिषिष्ट ख में, क्रम संख्या 17 के सामने .-

(क) खाना 3 के नीचे विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः- ''(i) 10 2 या इसके समकक्ष;'';

(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, ''स्थानान्तरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

''(i) 10 2 या इसके समकक्ष;''।

The 6th February, 2026

No. 02/04/2025-2IB-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Consititution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Mines and Geology Department (Group C) Headquarter Service Rules, 1998, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Mines and Geology Department (Group C) Headquarter Service (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

2. In the Haryana Mines and Geology Department (Group C) Headquarter Service Rules, 1998, in Appendix 'B', against serial number 17,

(I) under column 3, for item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-

"(i) 10 + 2 or its equivalent";

(II) under column 4, under heading "By transfer/deputation", for item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-

"(i) 10+2 or its equivalent".
