संख्या 22/39/2021-3टी(ा).- मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केंद्रीय अधिनियम 59) की धारा 96 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (xxxiii) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 22/39/2021-3टी(1), दिनांक 11 दिसम्बर, 2025 के प्रतिनिर्देश से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा मोटर यान नियम, 1993 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा मोटर यान (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा मोटर यान नियम, 1993 में, नियम 67क के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः- ''67क. विभिन्न किस्म के परमिटों के अधीन विभिन्न किस्म के परिवहन वाहनों के संचालन हेतु आयु.- हरियाणा राज्य के विभिन्न किस्म के परमिटों के अधीन विभिन्न किस्म के परिवहन वाहनों के संचालन के लिए आयु निम्नानुसार होगीः-

(क) अखिल भारतीय पर्यटक परमिट पैट्रोल/सीएनजी वाहनों के मामले में पैट्रोल/सीएनजी वाहनों के मामले में
12 वर्ष
12 वर्ष (ख) अखिल भारतीय पर्यटक परमिट डीजल वाहनों के मामले में डीजल वाहनों के मामले में
10 वर्ष

अनुबंध कैरिज, स्वच्छ ईंधन वाहनों के मामले में माल कैरिज, स्कूल बस 15 वर्ष, डीजल वाहनों के मामले सहित अन्य सभी परमिट में 10 वर्ष

Notification

No. 22/39/2021-3T(I).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xxxiii) of sub section (2) of section 96 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) and with reference to Haryana Government, Transport Department, Notification 22/39/2021-3T(I), dated the 11th December, 2025, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Motor Vehicle Rules, 1993, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
2. In the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, for rule 67A, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"67A. Age for operational various type of transport vehicles under various type of permit.– The age for operation of various type of transport vehicles under various type of permits in the State of Haryana, shall be as under :-
