दिनांक 13 फरवरी, 2026

क्रमांक 12/47/2025-3PH.— चूंकि हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत होता है नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि, की सरकार द्वारा सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ गांव उझाना में जल घर बना हुआ है। जिला जीन्द में भूमि तुरन्त अपेक्षित है।

इसके द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि नीचे विषिष्टियाें में वर्णित भूमि उपरोक्त उद्‌देषय हेतू ली जानी अपेक्षित है।

यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 11 (1) के तहत उन सभी को सूचना हेतू जारी की जाती है। उपर्युक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस उपक्रम में इस समय लगे जनस्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग हरियाणा के अधिकारियों को, उनके कर्मचारियों व कामगारों सहित इस स्थान की भूमि में प्रवेष करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उक्त धारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात अन्य सभी को कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अधिकृत करते हैं।

कोई भी इच्छुक व्यक्ति जिसे भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतू किसी किस्म की आपत्ति है, तो यह अधिसूचना जारी होने के 21 दिन के भीतर, कार्यालय जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, सहभूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर जीन्द एवं कार्यकारी अभियंता, जनस्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी मण्डल नरवाना के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस के दौरान आपत्ति लिखित में दर्ज करवा सकता है।

Notification

The 13th February, 2026

No. 12/47/2025-3PH.— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needs urgently by the Government at the Public expenses, for public purpose only, for smooth functioning of already constructed water works in village Ujhana District Jind.

It is hereby notified that the land in area described below is required for the above purpose. This notification is made under the provisions of section 11(1) of Land Acquisition Act 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officers of Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana with their servants and workman for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period twenty one days of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette may file an objection in writing before in the office of District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector Jind on any working day.

Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector Jind or Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Narwana on any working day by any of stakeholder.
