No. 5/78/2024-3HB-III.— In continuation of notification issued vide no. 5/69/2010-3HB-III, dated 06th September, 2013, to make suggestions for better implementations of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules made there under of 1945 and to consider the difficulties experienced by the Trade, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to include the name of Sh. Amit Jain, Representative of Pharma C&F Association as a Member at Sr. No. 18 in the Haryana State Drugs Advisory Board.
All the terms and conditions will remain same.
