क्रमांक रा०नि०आ०/4ई-।।/2026/295.- हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्रीमति काजल पत्नी श्री संदीप, अध्यक्ष, जिला परिषद्, पानीपत, जिला पानीपत के दिनांक 27.06.2026 को अयोग्य घोषित होने के बाद दिनांक 16.02.2026 को हुये चुनाव में श्रीमति ज्योति पत्नी श्री प्रदीप कुमार, अध्यक्ष, जिला परिषद्, पानीपत, जिला पानीपत, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुई हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, देवेन्द्र सिंह कल्याण, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्रीमति ज्योति पत्नी श्री प्रदीप कुमार, को शेष कार्यकाल के लिये, अध्यक्ष, जिला परिषद्, पानीपत, जिला पानीपत के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ। यह नोटिफिकेशन CWP नंबर 1732 आफ 2026 के फाइनल नतीजे के अधीन है।

No. SEC/4E-III/2026/295.— Whereas Smt. Jyoti w/o Sh. Pardeep Kumar has been elected as President of Zila Parishad, Panipat, District Panipat in the election held on 16.02.2026, after disqualification of Smt. Kajal W/o Sh. Sandeep, President, Zila Parishad, Panipat, District Panipat on 27.06.2025. 2. In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Devinder Singh Kalyan, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify name of Smt. Jyoti W/o Sh. Pardeep Kumar as President, Zila Parishad, Panipat, District Panipat to serve for the remaining period of the term. This notification is subject to the final outcome of CWP No. 1732 of 2026.
