नं0 एल0ए0सी0(गु)-2026/एन0टी0एल0ए0/3122.— जैसा कि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल सन्तुष्ट हैं कि ग्राम शिकोहपुर हदबस्त न0 160 तहसील मानेसर जिला गुरूग्राम की राजस्व सम्पदा में स्थित भूमि, जिसका विवरण नीचे विशिष्टता में दिया गया है, हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा हरियाणा शहरी विकास अधिनियम, 1977 के अन्तर्गत सार्वजनिक उदेद्ष्य नामतः सैक्टर डिवाइटिंग रोड़, सैक्टर 77 एण्ड 78 गुरूग्राम गुडगांव के विकास हेतू प्रयोग के लिए वांछित है, जिसके लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-4 के लिए अधिसूचना क्रमांक नं0 एल0ए0सी0(गु0)-एन0टी0एल0ए0/2013/1412 दिनांक 31.12.2013 को जारी कराई गई है और जिसका हरियाणा सरकार के गजट (असाधारण राजपत्र) में प्रकाशन हुआ है। यह घोषणा भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-6 एवं वर्तमान अधिनियम उचित मुआवजे का अधिकार तथा भू-अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वासन एवं पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में पारदर्षित अधिनियम 2013 की धारा-24(1) (ए) में निहित प्रावधानों के साथ पठित उन सभी के लिए जो इससे संबंधित हैं, के सूचनार्थ की जाती है कि निम्न विशिष्टता में वर्णित दर्षाई गई भूमि का उपरोक्त सार्वजनिक उदेद्ष्य हेतू अर्जन किया जाना आवष्यक है।
भूमि के नक्षा/प्लान का निरीक्षण भूमि अर्जन कलैक्टर/जिलाधाीश, शहरी सम्पदा विभाग, हरियाणा, सैक्टर-14, गुरूग्राम के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।

(EXTRA.), FEB. 26, 2026 (PHGN. 7, 1947 SAKA) 291नोटः- उपरोक्त घोषणा, धारा-6, भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 1984 के तहत, भारत के माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य द्वारा दायर आईए संख्या 7591/2026 में दिनांक 03.02.2026 को पारित आदेष के अनुसरण में जारी की जा रही है, जिसमें एसएलपी(सी) डायरी संख्या 21826/2025, जिसका शीर्षक बलबीर बनाम हरियाणा राज्य और अन्य है, में दिनांक 10.12.2025 को पारित आदेष के संषोधन/स्पष्टीकरण के लिए याचिका दायर की गई थी। इस आदेष में भारत के माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने दिनांक 03.02.2026 के माध्यम से स्पष्ट किया था कि दिनांक 10.12.2025 के आदेष में उल्लिखित यथास्थिति केवल कब्जे से संबंधित थी।

No. LAC(G)-NTLA/2026/3122.—Whereas the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that land described in the specification below situated in the revenue estate of village Sikohpur,, H.B. No. 160, Tehsil Manesar District Gurugram is required for public purpose namely for Sector dividing road, Sector 77 and 78 at Gurugram under the Haryana Development Authority Act, 1977 by the Haryana Urban Development Authority for which notification No. LAC(G)- NTLA-2013/1412 dated 31.12.2013 has been issued under Section-4 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and published in the Haryana Government gazette (extra ordinary).
This declaration is being made under the provisions of Section-6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 read with provisions of Section-24(1)(a) of the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the information of all to whom it may concern that the land described in the specification below is required for the above stated public purpose.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estates, Haryana, Sector-14, Gurugram.

Note:- The above declaration Under section-6 L,A, Act 1984 in being issued in pursuant of the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in IA No. 7591 of 2026 filed by the State of Haryana for modification/clarification of order dated 10.12.2025 passed Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) Dairy No. 21826 of 2025 titled as Balbir Vs State of Haryana & Others whereby Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide order dated 03.02.2026 was pleased to clarify that status qua mentioned in order dated 10.12.2025 was regarding possession only.
