Notification
The 11th March, 2026
No. SEC/4E-II/2026/412.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/ 4E-II/2022/8029, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Ranjit Singh S/o Sh. Mela Singh as Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Haveli, Block Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
2. Whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar vide order No. 1565-74/Panchayat P.C.-3, dated 02.03.2026 removed Sh. Ranjit Singh S/o Sh. Mela Singh from the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Haveli, Block Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar under section 51(3) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and also disqualified him for re-election for a period of six years under Section 51(4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
3. In view of the above order, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Ranjit Singh S/o Sh. Mela Singh from the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Haveli, Block Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar.
