No. 16/12/2026-6HBIV.— In pursuance to the powers conferred to him the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute Haryana State Allied & Healthcare Council (HSAHC) as per Section 22 of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession Act, 2021 on adhoc basis as below:-

| a) | Chairperson A person of outstanding ability, proven administrative capacity and integrity, possessing a postgraduate degree in any profession of recognized category of allied and healthcare sciences from any University and having experience of not less than twenty five years in the field of allied and healthcare sciences, out of which at least ten years shall be as a leader in the area of allied and healthcare professionals to be nominated by the State Government. | Dr. Suresh Kumar Singhal, PGIMS, Rohtak. |

1. As this Council is constituted on adhoc basis, therefore, the tenure of this Council will work until the constitution of permanent Council.
2. No additional Financial Benefit/remuneration will be given to the members of the Council.
3. If a nominated person does not attend three consecutive meetings of the Council then the membership of the said member shall be treated as terminated.
