संख्या 6/3/2026-6टी-I.— हरियाणा मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 24) की धारा 3 के अधीन
प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना,
संख्या 13/15/2010-6 परि0 (1), दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 13/15/2010-6 परि0 (1), दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2017 में,
टिप्पण में, खण्ड (फ) के बाद, निम्नलिखित खण्ड जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''(ब) महिलाओं के नाम पर गैर-परिवहन वाहन के नए पंजीकरण के मामले में, 20 लाख तक के वाहन के
एक्स-शोरूम मूल्य के 1 प्रतिशत के बराबर मोटर वाहन कर में छूट दी जाएगी''।

No. 6/3/2026-6T-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 2016 (24 of 2016), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Transport Department, Notification No. 13/15/2010-6T(I), dated the 29th September, 2017, namely :-
Amendment In the Haryana Government, Transport Department, Notification No. 13/15/2010-6T(I), dated the 29th September, 2017, in the note, after clause (v), the following clause shall be added, namely:-
"(w) In case of new registration of non-transport vehicle in the name of women, a rebate in motor vehicle tax equivalent to 1 percent of ex-showroom price of the vehicle upto Rs. 20 Lakh shall be given".
