No. 6554-A/1L CHD.— चूँकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत हुआ है कि ग्राम आसन, तहसील एवं जिला जींद स्थित जींद डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरी नं० 3 के नीचे बुर्जी 91660 से बुर्जी 91880 के मध्य मुरब्बा संख्या 95, किल्ला संख्या 25/2 में स्थित 2 कनाल 9 मरला विधिवत अर्जित भूमि का सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु अधिग्रहण आवश्यक है। उपरोक्त अधिग्रहण मुकदमा संख्या सिविल सूट संख्या RBT–98/2014-15, सिविल अपील संख्या 235/2017 एवं Execution Petition No. 84/2024 शीर्षक श्री सतबीर सिंह बनाम हरियाणा राज्य सरकार।

अतः उक्त भूमि का अधिग्रहण, भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 11(1) के अंतर्गत प्रस्तावित किया जाता है। इच्छुक व्यक्ति राजपत्र में प्रकाशन से 60 दिवस के भीतर जिला राजस्व अधिकारी-सह-भूमिअर्जन अधिकारी, जींद के समक्ष लिखित आपत्ति प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा-11 (1) के तहत उन सभी को सुचना हेतु जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है।

उपर्युक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस उपक्रम में इस समय लगे सिचाई एंव जल संसाधन विभाग, हरियाणा के अधिकारियों को, उनके कर्मचारियों व कामगारों सहित इस स्थान की भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उक्त धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात अन्य सभी को कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अधि—त करते हैं।

No. 6554-A/1L CHD.— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed at public expenses for acquisition of un-acquired land measuring 2 Kanal 9 Marla comprised in Rectangle No. 95, Killa No. 25/2 situated beneath Jind Distributary No. 3 from RD 91660 to RD 91880 in Village Assan, Tehsil & District Jind in compliance with the judgment in Civil Suit No. RBT-98/2014-15, Civil Appeal No. 235/2017 and Execution Petition No. 84/2024 titled Sh. Satbir Singh Vs. State of Haryana.

This Notification is issued under Section 11(1) of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013. Objections, if any, may be filed before the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Jind within 60 days from publication in the Official Gazette.

In exercise of the powers conferred by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officers of Irrigation & Water Resources Department Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period sixty days of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette, file an objection in writing before in the office of District Revenue officer-cum- Land Acquisition Collector Jind.

Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue officer-cum- Land Acquisition Collector Jind & Executive Engineer, Jind Water Services Division Jind.
