No. 46/17/2026-5HBII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (4) of the section 9 of the transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with Sub-clause 11 & 12 of the of the Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Rules, 2014; the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Metro Heart Institute with Multispeciality, Faridabad consisting of the following members, namely:-
