Notifications, Orders and Declarations by Haryana Government हरियाणा सरकार लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा) भिवानी वृत अधिसूचना दिनांक 7 अगस्त, 2026

संख्या 878.— चूँकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत होता है कि भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु निर्माण सड़क ढ़ाणी भाकरा से झुपा कलां, तहसील सिवानी, जिला भिवानी हेतु भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है। जिसके लिए भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 के अधिनियम 1 की धारा 11) हरियाणा सरकार, लोक निर्माण विभाग, भवन एवं मार्ग की सड़क अधिसूचना संख्या 871, दिनांक 17.12.2024 को प्रकाशित की गई थी। इसके द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि नीचे परिशिष्ट में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।

यह घोषणा भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 के अधिनियम 11) की धारा 19 (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनस्र्थापन में उचित मुआवजे और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 24 की उपधारा (11) के खंड (क) के उपबंधों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों को जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे संबंध है।

भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 24 के उपबंधों के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनस्र्थापन में उचित मुआवजे और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 के अधीन भूमि अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा, भिवानी को भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेश लेने के लिए आदेश दिया जाता है। भूमि के नक्शे का निरीक्षण, भूमि अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा, भिवानी तथा कार्यकारी अभियंता, प्रांतीय मंडल, लोक निर्माण विभाग, भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा, भिवानी के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

Notification

The 7th August, 2026

No. 878.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land is likely to be required to be taken by Government, at the public expense, for the public purpose, namely, Dhani Bhakra to Jhupa Kalan Road,Tehsil Siwani, District Bhiwani.

A notification under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has already been published in the Haryana Government Gazette vide Notification No. 871 dated 17.12.2024.

It is hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is required for the aforesaid public purpose.

This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 19 (1) read with Section 24 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Plans of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building & Roads Branch), Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, PWD (B&R), Bhiwani.
