संख्या 1162-स्टर-1-2026.- भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (1899 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (क) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-षहरी 2.0 (पी.एम.ए.वाई.-यू 2.0) के अधीन पंजीकृत 60 वर्ग मीटर तक के आवासों के हस्तातरण विलेखों के संंबंध में, उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची 1-क के अनुच्छेद 23(क) के अधीन प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क को कम करते हैं और प्रति विलेख स्टाम्प शुल्क की राषि 500/-रूपए (केवल पांच सौ रूपए) नियत करते हैं, बषर्ते कि क्रेता द्वारा सर्वस्व आवासन विभाग अथवा पदाभिहित सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया जाए, जिसमें यह प्रमाणित किया गया हो कि क्रेता उक्त योजना का पंजीकृत लाभार्थी है।

The 10th August, 2026
No. 1162-STR-1-2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act 2 of 1899), the Governor of Haryana hereby reduces and fixes the stamp duty at Rs. 500/- (Five hundred rupees only) per deed to be chargeable under article 23(a) of Schedule 1-A of the said Act, in respect of conveyance deeds relating to houses up to 60(sixty) square meters registered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0), subject to production of a certificate issued by the Department of Housing for All (DHFA) or the designated Competent Authority certifying that the transferee is a registered beneficiary under the said scheme.
