No. 3/3/2005-1E.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 57 of 2003), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a Selection Committee comprising the following to making recommendations for appointment of Chairman, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission:

| 2. | Chief Secretary to Government Haryana | Member |
| 3. | Chairman, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), New Delhi | Member |
Secretarial assistance will be provided by the office of Spl. Secretary (Energy), Government of Haryana.
