हरियाणा सरकार नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 31 अगस्त, 2026 संख्या 31296.- चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की राय में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट तथा इससे संलग्न नक्षे में दर्षाया गया क्षेत्र, निर्माण क्रिया कलापों के लिए संभाव्य है; इसलिए, अब हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 8) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ण) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए उक्त क्षेत्र को नगरीय क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
अनुसूची नगरीय क्षेत्र बहोली, जिला पानीपत की सीमाओं की अनुसूची को ड्राईंग संख्या डी.टी.पी. (पी.एन.) 658/2026, दिनांक 12 फरवरी, 2026 के साथ पढ़ा जाएगा। उत्तरः- बिंदु 'ए' से, जो गांव रेर कलां (हदबस्त नं. 29) की आयत संख्या 01 का उत्तर-पश्चिमी कोना है, पूर्व दिशा की ओर करनाल एवं पानीपत जिलों की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए बिंदु 'बी' तक, जो गांव ददलाना (हदबस्त नं. 25) की आयत संख्या 13 का उत्तर-पूर्वी कोना है।
पूर्वः- तत्पश्चात बिंदु 'बी' से दक्षिण की ओर करनाल जिले की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'सी' तक, जहां यह उस शहरी क्षेत्र की सीमा से मिलती है, जिसे नगर निगम, पानीपत की सीमा से 5 कि.मी. के भीतर स्थित होने के कारण अधिनियम, 1975 (अधिनियम संख्या 8) की धारा 2(ण) के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत घोषित माना गया है। इसके पश्चात, उक्त शहरी क्षेत्र की सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण दिशा में चलते हुए बिंदु 'डी' तक, जहाँ अधिसूचना संख्या 26564, दिनांक 16.08.2024 द्वारा अधिनियम 8, 1975 की धारा 2(ण) के अंतर्गत अधिसूचित मडलौडा शहरी क्षेत्र की सीमा से मिलती है।
दक्षिणः- तत्पश्चात बिंदु 'डी' से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर अधिसूचना संख्या 26564, दिनांक 16.08.2024 द्वारा अधिनियम 8, 1975 की धारा 2(ण) के अंतर्गत अधिसूचित मडलौडा शहरी क्षेत्र की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'ई' तक, जो ग्राम शादीपुर (हदबस्त नं. 8) की आयत संख्या 23 का दक्षिण-पश्चिमी कोना है।
पष्चिमः- तत्पश्चात बिंदु 'ई' से उत्तर दिशा की ओर ग्राम शादीपुर (हदबस्त नं. 8), ग्राम शेरा (हदबस्त नं. 2) तथा ग्राम धर्मगढ़ (हदबस्त नं. 1) की राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'एफ' तक, जहाँ यह करनाल जिले की सीमा से मिलती है। इसके पश्चात बिंदु 'एफ' से उत्तर दिशा की ओर करनाल एवं पानीपत जिलों की सीमा के साथ-साथ पुनः बिंदु 'ए' तक जोकि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है।

Notification
The 31st August, 2026
No. 31296- Whereas, in the opinion of the Governor of Haryana, the area specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto has the potential for building activities.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (o) of section 2 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said area to be an Urban area for the purpose of said section, namely:-
Schedule
The Schedule of boundaries of Urban Area Baholi, District Panipat shall be read with Drawing No. DTP(PN)658/26 dated 12th February, 2026.
North: Starting from Point 'A' which is the north west corner of rectangle No. 01 of village Rair Kalan (Hadbast No. 29), towards east along boundary of District Karnal & Panipat upto point 'B', which is the north east corner of rectangle No. 13 of village Dadlana (Hadbast No. 25).
East: Thence, moving from point 'B' towards south along the boundary of District Karnal upto point 'C', where it meets the boundary of urban area intended to be declared under the provisions of section 2(o) of Act 8 of 1975 by virtue of its existence upto 5 Km around limits of Municipal Corporation, Panipat. Thence, moving towards south along the boundary of aforesaid urban area upto point 'D', where it meets the boundary of urban area Madlauda notified under section 2(o) of Act 8 of 1975 vide notification No. 26564 dated 16.08.2024.
South: Thence, moving from point 'D' towards west along boundary of urban area Madlauda notified under section 2(o) of Act 8 of 1975 vide notification No. 26564 dated 16.08.2024 upto point 'E', which is the south-west corner of rectangle No. 23 of village Shadipur (Hadbast No. 8).
West: Thence, moving from point E' towards north along revenue boundary of village Shadipur (Hadbast No. 8), village Shera (Hadbast No. 2) and village Dharamgarh (Hadbast No. 1) upto point 'F', where it meets the boundary of District Karnal. Thence, moving from point 'F' towards north along the boundary of District Karnal & Panipat upto point 'A' i.e. the point of start.
