No. 22/06/2025-4IB-I.— In pursuance of monitoring and review the action taken by the State departments on reform suggestions received from citizens as part of 'Reform Utsav' initiative launched by the Government of India on 10th August 2026, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the District Coordination Committee (DCC). The composition of District Coordination Committee (DCC) in Haryana will be as follows:

The District Coordination Committee (DCC) may invite any other member including Head of Departments as they seem necessary to discuss and finalize any specific proposal or issue, as a special invitee.
Terms of Reference and Scope of Work of District Coordination Committee (DCC) shall be as follows:
1. Implementation of Reform Utsav in the State and ensure alignment with the objectives and guidelines of the Government of India.
2. Facilitate coordination among State departments, agencies and other stakeholders for effective consideration and implementation of reform suggestions.
3. Coordination with Central Nodal Officer (CNO) for field level outreach activities and collating feedback.
4. Review and monitor action taken by departments on reform suggestions received from citizens and adherence to prescribed timelines.
5. Implement the agenda of State Action Plan, District Action Plan and implementation roadmap prepared under Reform Utsav.
6. Submit the Action Taken Reports (ATRs) and other progress reports to concerned Department/Authority time to time.
7. To coordinate with the Inter State Coordination Committee (SCC), Ministerial Steering Committee (IMSC), concerned Central Ministries, Departments, and the Central Nodal Officer (CNO) on reform roadmaps, field-level outreach, and feedback collation.
