Notification
The 11th September, 2026
No. SEC/4E-II/2026/1283.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/ 4E-II/2022/8344, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Sunil Kumar s/o Sh. Virender Singh as Member, Ward No. 29, Zila Parishad, Hisar, District Hisar under Section 161(4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
2. And Whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Hisar vide letter No. Election Assistant (Panchayat)/2026/3886, dated 24.08.2026 has informed that the resignation dated 22.04.2026 given by Sh. Sunil Kumar s/o Sh. Virender Singh, Member, Ward No. 29, Zila Parishad, Hisar, District Hisar has been accepted by Director, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana vide order Nos. ECA02-2026/32510-15, dated 23.07.2026 with immediate effect under Section 5 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
3. In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Sh. Sunil Kumar s/o Sh. Virender Singh from the post of Member, Ward No. 29, Zila Parishad, Hisar, District Hisar with immediate effect.
