क्रमांक नं0 1320-21/274-W.— क्योंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की संतुष्टि हो गई है कि नीचे वर्णित भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी खर्च पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ नामतः बाबत किये जाने रकबा अधिग्रहण ईसरवाल राजबाहा हेतू बूर्जी 64355 से बूर्जी 64500 अनाधिकृत क्षेत्र, गांव - झुंपा कंला, तहसील सिवानी जिला - भिवानी के लिए भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है।

यह अधिसूचना, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम (2013 का नं. 30) (अधिनियम 2013 के अनुसार) 2013 की धारा 11 (1) के उपबन्धों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है।

उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस समय, कार्य में लगे हुए अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों को अपने सेवकों सहित परिक्षेत्र में वर्णित भूमि पर प्रवेष तथा सर्वेक्षण करने तथा इस धारा के द्वारा अपेक्षित अनुज्ञान किसी अन्य कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत है।

कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उपरोक्त परिक्षेत्र में किसी भूमि अर्जन करने पर कोई अक्षेप हो, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि के 60 दिन के भीतर, तो अपने अक्षेप लिखित रूप से अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 15 (1) के अधीन भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, भिवानी के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है।

भूमि के नक्षों का निरीक्षण भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, भिवानी या कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, सिवानी जल सेवायएं मण्डल, भिवानी के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

The 22nd September, 2026

No. 1320-21/274-W.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land specified below is needed by the Government at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely for acquiring of left over area of Isarwal Disty. in between RD 64355 to RD 64500 being un-acquired area as mentioned below of Village – Jhupa Kalan, Tehsil Siwani, District – Bhiwani.

It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of Section-11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as the Act of 2013) for the information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the power conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officers for the time being engaged to undertake survey with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality, within a period of 60 days of publication of this notification may file objection under section 15 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector-cum-District Revenue Officer, Bhiwani.

The plans of the land all other details may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector-cum- District Revenue Officer, Bhiwani or in office of the Executive Engineer, Siwani Water Services Division, Bhiwani on any working day.
