संख्याः सीसीपी(एनसीआर)/730-IV/टीओडी/2026/1930.— चूँकि, 'ट्रांज़िट ओरिएंटेड डेवलपमेंट' से संबंधित नीति को अधिसूचना संख्या सीसीपी(एनसीआर)/टीओडी/2016/343 दिनांक 9 फरवरी, 2016 के माध्यम से अधिसूचित किया गया था, जिसे समय-समय पर संषोधित किया गया है;
और चूँकि, दिनांक 9 फरवरी, 2016 की उक्त नीति के साथ संलग्न अनुलग्नक में हरियाणा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले एमआरटीएस कॉरिडोर का विवरण दिया गया है, जिन्हें टीओडी ज़ोन के विकास हेतु विचारार्थ लिया जाना है तथा उक्त नीति के खंड 10(8) में यह प्रावधान किया गया है कि हरियाणा व्यापक द्रुतगामी परिवहन निगम (एचएमआरटीसी) की संस्तुति पर सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान किए जाने के उपरांत किसी भी नए संरेखण को उक्त अनुलग्नक में स्वतः सम्मिलित माना जाएगा;
और चूँकि, 'सराय काले खाँ (एसकेके)-गुरूग्राम-षाहजहाँपुर-नीमराना-बहरोड़ (एसएनबी)' आरआरटीएस कॉरिडोर के संरेखण को एचएमआरटीसी की संस्तुति एवं सरकार के अनुमोदन से दिनांक 9 फरवरी, 2016 की नीति के अनुलग्नक में क्रम संख्या 9 पर, अधिसूचना संख्या सीसीपी(एनसीआर)/टीओडी/2021/1606 दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2021 के माध्यम से जारी संषोधन द्वारा, इसके संरेखण योजना को परिषिष्ट-III के रूप में संलग्न करते हुए सम्मिलित किया गया था;
और चूँकि, उक्त आरआरटीएस कॉरिडोर के संरेखण को गुरूग्राम में परिवर्तन करते हुए तथा इसे बावल तक सीमित करते हुए, 'सराय काले खाँ (एसकेके)-गुरूग्राम-बावल नमो भारत आरआरटीएस कॉरिडोर' के नाम से संषोधित किया गया है, जिसे पूर्व संरेखण के स्थान पर दिनांक 9 फरवरी, 2016 की टीओडी नीति के अनुलग्नक में सम्मिलित किए जाने हेतु एचएमआरटीसी की संस्तुति के दृष्टिगत सरकार द्वारा भी अनुमोदित किया गया है;
अतः निम्नलिखित संषोधित संरेखण को दिनांक 9 फरवरी, 2016 की टीओडी नीति के अनुलग्नक में क्रम संख्या 9 पर, दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2021 के संषोधन द्वारा सम्मिलित पूर्व संरेखण तथा उसके परिषिष्ट-III को प्रतिस्थापित करते हुए, तत्काल प्रभाव से सम्मिलित किया जाता हैः
"9. सराय काले खाँ (एसकेके)-गुरूग्राम-बावल नमो भारत आरआरटीएस कॉरिडोर (परिषिष्ट-III में दर्षाए गए संरेखण के अनुसार)।"

Amendment
The 22nd September, 2026
No. CCP(NCR)/730-IV/TOD/2026/1930.—Whereas the policy relating to 'Transit Oriented Development' was notified vide Notification No. CCP(NCR)/TOD/2016/343 dated the 9th February, 2016, which was subsequently amended from time to time;
And, whereas, the annexure appended to the policy dated the 9th February, 2016 provides the details about the MRTS corridors within the Haryana Territory to be considered for development of TOD Zone and Clause 10 (8) of said policy provides for deemed inclusion of any new alignment in the said annexure subsequent to its approval by the Government on recommendation of Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC) Ltd.;
And, whereas the alignment of RRTS Corridor namely: 'Sarai Kale Khan (SKK)-Gurugram-Rewari- Shahjanpur-Neemrana-Behror (SNB)' was included at Sr. No. 9 in the Annexure of policy dated 09th February, 2016, upon recommendation of the HMRTC and with approval of the Government through an amendment issued vide notification no. CCP(NCR)/TOD/2021/1606 dated the 04th October, 2021 with its alignment appended as Appendix-III;
And, whereas the alignment of said RRTS Corridor has been revised with changes in Gurugram and curtailing it upto Bawal in the name of 'Sarai-Kale-Khan-(SKK)-Gurugram-Bawal Namo Bharat RRTS Corridor', which has also been approved by the Government in view of the recommendations of HMRTC for its inclusion in the Annexure of TOD policy dated 09th February, 2016 by replacing the earlier alignment;
Therefore, the following revised alignment is hereby inserted as serial number 9 in the annexure to TOD policy dated 09th February, 2016 with immediate effect by substituting the alignment, alongwith its Appendix-III, as inserted vide amendment dated 04th October, 2021:
"9. Sarai Kale Khan (SKK)-Gurugram--Bawal Namo Bharat 04th October, 2021 (as per alignment shown in the plan given at Appendix-III)."
