No. HHC/Rules/23-1/S/80/-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 229 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of High Court of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in Annexure-"A" annexed to the High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply of Liveries to Court Servants) Rules, 1983:—

1. Short Title.—These Rules shall be called the "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply of Liveries to Court Servants) (Ninth Amendment) Rules, 2009.

2. Commencement.—These Rules shall come into force with immediate effect.

3. Amendment.—In Annexure "A" the following amendment is inserted/substituted as under :—

No. HHC/Rules/(Vol. V)/97-I.—In exercise of the powers vested in it under Section 23 of the State of Himachal Pradesh Act, 1970, Section 129 of the Code of Civil Procedures, 1908, as amended from time to time, Article 225 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling hereunto, the High Court of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendment in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Appellate side) Rules, 1997 :—

1. These Rules shall be called as the High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Appellate Side) (5th Amendment) Rules, 2009.

2. These Rules shall come into force with immediate effect.

3. The word 'Xeroxing' used in Rule 4(e) of the Rules and orders of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Appellate Side) Rules, 1997 is omitted.

उपरोक्त विषय पर आम व खास को बजरिया राजपत्र द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रकाश चन्द पुत्र श्री वगसू राम, निवासी पनोह ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि उसकी बुआ श्रीमती गुलाबी देवी पुत्री श्री खड़कू राम, निवासी पनोह, तहसील घुमारवीं लगभग 30-35 साल से लापता है। श्रीमती गुलाबी देवी लावल्द थी जिसका इन्तकाल नम्बर 857 मकफूद-उल-खवर वहक नरैनू राम, सुखिया वगसू पुत्र व श्रीमती वन्ती पुत्री खड़कू समभाग दर्ज हुआ है। प्रकाश चन्द का यह कथन है कि गुलाबी देवी जगभग 30-35 साल से लापता है। इस अवधि में उसकी कोई चिट्ठी-पत्र नहीं आया है और न ही कोई अता-पता चला है। जिससे उसे सन्देह है कि कहीं उसकी (गुलाबी देवी) संदिग्ध मृत्यु हो चुकी है। इसलिए गुलाबी देवी पुत्री श्री खड़कू की वरास्त का इन्तकाल वहक जायज तस्दीक किया जावे।

उक्त प्रार्थी ने अपने कौंसल के द्वारा प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम कागजात माल वर्ष 2006-2007 गांव प्रागपुर, मौजा गरली, तहसील देहरा में ''ज्ञान चन्द पुत्र श्री कोल'' ठीक दर्ज है जिसकी मृत्यु 17-8-87 को गांव प्रागपुर में हो चुकी है। परन्तु कागजात माल उप-महाल राम नगर, मौजा नकड़ोह में ''हरिया उर्फ काकू पुत्र श्री कोल'' उसके पिता का नाम गलत दर्ज चला आ रहा है। अतःः अब कागजात माल वाक्य प्रागपुर के आधार पर, वाक्य उप-महाल राम नगर, मौजा नकड़ोह राजस्व अभिलेख में उसके पिता के नाम की दरुस्ती की जाए।

अतः इस इश्तहार राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त नाम दरुस्त करवाने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 18-1-2010 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे अदालत हजा में पेश करें। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकपक्षीय कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर प्रार्थना-पत्र पर यथोचित आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
