No. Ind-II(B)2-7/2005-I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules, further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Industries Department Sweeper/Sweeper-cum- Chowkidar, Class-IV (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion rules, 2001, notified vide notification No. Udyog-II (Kha) 2-30/95 dated 6-11-2001, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh,Industres Department, Sweeper/ Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar Class-IV (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2009.

(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexure-A. In Annexure-A to the Himachal Pradesh, Industries Department, Sweeper/Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar, Class-IV, (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2001, for the existing entries against Col .15-A (V), the following shall be substituted namely:—

"As may be constituted by the concerned recruiting authority i.e. Director of Industries from time to time"

"Baroti-Rakhera-Dharampur-Marhi Kamlah Gallu Road" in District Mandi and "Gumma- Baghi-Narkanda Road" in District Shimla was earlier notified vide notification dated 25-11-2009 and 03-02-2010 will be treated as MDR No. 53 and 54 respectively.

Accordingly total length of MDRs in the State will be 2062.915 Kms.

4. अत्याधिक आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-17 की उप-धारा-4 के अधीन यह भी निर्देश देते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 ए के उपबन्ध इस मामले में लागू नहीं होंगे।

5. भूमि से सम्बन्धित रेखांक का निरीक्षण कार्यालय उपमण्डलाधिकारी एवं भू-अजर्न समाहर्ता ऊना, जिला ऊना, हिमाचल प्रदेश में किया जा सकता है।
