संख्संख्संख्संख्याः सियाः सियाः सियाः सिंचाई 11-18/2010-कांगड़ ंचाई 11-18/2010-कांगड़ाााा....--------यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि ंचाई 11-18/2010-कांगड़ ंचाई 11-18/2010-कांगड़ हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए नामतः महाल वहादपुर तहसील फतेहपुर, जिला कांगड़ा में शाहनहर परियोजना का किनारा के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतदद्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र मेंं जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

संख्याः सिंचाई 11-34/2010-कांगड़ासंख्याः सिंचाई 11-34/2010-कांगड़ासंख्याः सिंचाई 11-34/2010-कांगड़ासंख्याः सिंचाई 11-34/2010-कांगड़ा....--------यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए नामतः महाल व मौजा वेला इन्दौरा, तहसील इन्दौरा, जिला कांगड़ा में शाहनहर परियोजना के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतदद्वारा यह अधिसूूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र मेेंं जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियोें को जो इस से सम्बन्धित हैंं या हो सकते हैंं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि-अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-4 के उपबन्धों के अन्र्तगत जारी की जाती है ।
3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने तथा सर्वेक्षण करने और उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः सभी अन्य कार्र्याेंं को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देतेते हैं ।

F (15)-26/2004.—Whereas the draft amendment in Schedule appended to the Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticulture Produce Marketing (Development & Regulation) Act,2005 was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extraordinary) on 18th March,2010, vide this Department notification No.Agr.F(15)-26/2004 Dated 11-3-2010, for inviting objections and suggestions from the person(s) likely to be affected thereby as required under Section-71 (1) read with Section-2 (a) of the Act ibid;
And whereas the suggestions/objections received in this behalf within the stipulated time period have been duly considered and decided by the State Government.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(1) read with section 2(a) of the Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticulture Produce Marketing (Development & Regulation) Act,2005, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendment in Schedule appended to the said Act,-2706 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 5 अगस्त, 2010/14 श्रावण, 1932 (i) For the existing item No.10, the following shall be substituted, namely:- " 10. संख्यासंख्यासंख्यासंख्याःःःः कृषि-एफ कृषि-एफ कृषि-एफ कृषि-एफ ((((15151515))))-26/2004-26/2004-26/2004-26/2004....--------सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्याः कृषि-ए(4)-1/2006 तारीख 23. 12.2006 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट मण्डी क्षेत्रों में निम्नलिखित कृषि उपज के साथ-साथ कुछ औषद्यीय और सुगन्धित पौधों की प्रजातियों की विभिन्न किस्मों के क्रय, भण्डारण, प्रसंस्करण और विक्रय पर नियन्त्रण रखने के लिए सरकार के आशय को इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 11.3.2010 द्वारा, हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि औद्यानिकीय उपज विपणन (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 19 (1) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर, इसके द्धारा संम्भाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्तियों से आक्षेप और सुझाव आमन्त्रित करने के लिए, राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में तारीख 18 मार्च, 2010 को प्रकाशित किया गया था;
और इस निमिा नियत अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त हुए आक्षेपों/सुक्षावों पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा सम्यक् रूप से विचार और विनिश्चय किया गया;
अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 19 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, घोषणा करती है कि सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्याः कृषि-ए (4)-1/2006 तारीख 23.12.2006 से संलग्न उपाबन्ध-'क' में विनिर्दिष्ट कृषि उपज के विपणन और उक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के अनुसार पूर्वोक्त पैरा-1 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट मण्डी क्षेत्रों में विकसित और विनियमित किया जाएगा । हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, उक्त उपाबन्ध-'क' में निम्न प्रकार से और संशोधन करती है; अर्थातः- (i) विद्यमान मद् संख्या 10 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः-

F (15)-26/2004.—Whereas the intention of the Government for exercising control over the purchase, storage, processing and sale of following agricultural produce vis-à-vis various varieties of some Medicinal and Aromatic plant species in the Market Areas, as specified in the Government Notification No. Agr.A(4)-1/2006, dated 23.12.2006 was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extraordinary) on 18th March,2010 vide this Department notification of even number dated 11.3.2010 for inviting objections and suggestions from the person (s) likely to be affected thereby as required under Section-19(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticulture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act,2005, within a period of 30 days from the date of publication.
And whereas the suggestions/objections received in this behalf with in the stipulated time period have been duly considered and decided by the State Government.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section- 19 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the marketing of Agricultural produce specified in Annexure-'A' appended to the Government Notification No. Agr.A (4)- 1/2006, dated 23.12.2006 shall be developed and regulated in the Market Areas as specified in para-1 supra in accordance with the provisions of the said Act. The Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased further to amend the said Annexure-'A' as under, namely:-

P.) have filed an application alongwith affidavits in this court under section 16 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 (Central Act) as amended by Marriage Laws (Amendment Act 01, 49 of 2001) that they have solemnized their marriage ceremony on 23- 7-2010 at Tauni Devi Temple, Tehsil and District Hamirpur (H.P.) as per Hindu Rites and Customs and they are living together as husband and wife since then. Hence their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
