काकाकाका.... आ आ आ आ.... 2172(अ)-- 2172(अ)-- 2172(अ)-- 2172(अ)--जनगणना अधिनियम, 1948, (1948 का 37) की धारा 8 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद््द्वारा अनुदेश और निदेश देती है कि भारत की जनगणना 2011 के सम्बन्ध में परिवार अनुसूची के माध्यम से जानकारी एकत्रित करने के लिए जनगणना अधिकारी अपनी नियुक्ति के स्थानीय क्षेत्र की सीमाओं के भीतर सभी व्यक्तियों से निम्नलिखित मदों के सम्बन्ध में सभी प्रश्न पूछ सकता है, नामतः-
1. व्यक्ति का नाम 2 मुखिया से सम्बन्ध 3. लिंग 4. जन्म तिथि और आयु (पूर्ण हुए वर्षाेंं में) 5 इस समय वैवाहिक स्थिति 6 विवाह के समय आयु (पूर्ण हुए वर्षाेंं मेंं) 7. धर्म 8. अनुसूचित जाति (अ.जा.) अनुसूचित जनजाति (अज.जा.) (अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति का नाम.)
9. निःशक्तता 10. मातृ भाषा 11 अन्य भाषाओं का ज्ञान 12 साक्षरता की स्थिति 13 शैक्षणिक संस्थान में पढ़ने की स्थिति 14. प्राप्त शिक्षा का उच्चतम स्तर 15. कर्मी और गैर-कर्मी की विशेषताएं-क्या पिछले वर्ष के दौरान किसी भी समय काम किया (दीर्घकालिक, अल्पकालिक और गैर-कर्मी के लिए)

Section 3 - sub- section (ii) dated 03-09-2010, issued by the the Registrar General and Census Commissioner, India, under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Census Act, 1948(37 of 1948) ; for general information of the public of Himachal Pradesh as follows:-
