संख्संख्संख्संख्याः रैव0 बी0 एफ0 (10) 209/2009याः रैव0 बी0 एफ0 (10) 209/2009याः रैव0 बी0 एफ0 (10) 209/2009याः रैव0 बी0 एफ0 (10) 209/2009....--------हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-जोत अधिकतम सीमा अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 5 के खण्ड (ज) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचित करते हैं कि मै0 जेपी हिमाचल सीमेंट प्लांट द्वारा जल पाईप लाईन विछाने के लिए मौजा धार-टटोह, तहसील सदर, जिला बिलासपुर में धारित की जाने वाली भूमि को हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-जोत अधिकतम सीमा अधिनियम 1972 के उपबन्धों के प्रवर्तन से छूट दी जाएगी। उक्त कम्पनी द्वारा इस प्रकार धारित की जाने वाली भूमि और उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के प्रवर्तन के लिए अधिसूचित की जानी वाली भूमि का विवरण निम्नलिखित प्रकार से हैः

No.Rev.B.F.(10)-209/2009.—exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act, 1972, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify that the land to be held by M/S Jaypee Himachal Cement Plant for laying of water pipeline in mauza Dhar-Tatoh, Tehsil Sadar, District Bilaspur shall be exempted from the operation of the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act, 1972. The detail of the land to be held by the aforesaid company and notified to be exempted from the operation of the provisions of the Act ibid is given as under:—

No.Rev.B.F.(10)-398/2010.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act, 1972, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify that the land to be held by M/S Nestle India Limited for manufacturing of processed food in Mauza Nagal Kalan, Up Tehsil Haroli, District Una, shall be exempted from the operation of the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act, 1972. The detail of the land to be held by the aforesaid company and notified to be exempted from the operation of the provisions of the Act ibid is given as under:—

Shimla-2, the 10th September, 2010

No. Tpt-F(5)3/2005.—Whereas, it appears to the Governor, Himachal Pradesh that land is likely to be required by the Himachal Pradesh Government on behalf and expenses of the Himachal Pradesh Bus Stands Management and Development Authority (which is a Himachal Pradesh Government Undertaking) for public purpose, namely for construction of new Bus Stand at Rohru, District Shimla Himachal Pradesh.

It is hereby notified that land in the locality described below is likely to be acquired for the above mentioned public purpose.

2. This notification is made under the provisions of section-4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to all whom it may concern.

3. In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to authorize the Officers for the time being engaged in or by the above said5766 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 1 नवम्बर, 2010/10 कार्तिक, 1932 undertaking with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

4. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 17(4) of the said Act, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to direct that the provision of section, 5-A will not apply in regard to this acquisition.

5. The drawings etc. relating to land in question may be examined in the office of SDO(C)- cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Rohru, District Shimla.

1111.... संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ....--------(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सैन्ट्रल सिविल सर्विसिज (लीव ट्रैवल कनसैशन) रूल्ज, 2010 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

"All employees shall be permitted to encash 10 days earned leave at the time of availing of Leave Travel Concession, subject to the conditions that :—

(a) the total leave so encashed during the entire career does not exceed 60 days in the aggregate;

(b) earned leave of atleast equivalent duration is also availed of simultaneously by the employees;

(c) a balance of atleast 30 days of earned leave is still available to the credit of employees after taking into account the period of encashment as well as leave' and (d) the period of leave encashed shall be deducted from the quantum of leave that can be normally encashed by him/her at the time of superannuation".

Shimla-2, the 29th October, 2010

No. Fin(C)A(3)-11/2003.—In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1972 in their application to the State of Himachal Pradesh, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession) Amendment Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in RAJPATRA, Himachal Pradesh.

Insertion of New Rule 15(A).—After rule 15 of the CCS (Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1972, the following new rule 15 (A) shall be inserted, namely :—

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 19-11-2010. The objection received after 19-11-2010 will not be entertained and marriage will be registered accordingly.
