AMENDMENT
1. Short Title.—This Order may be called Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Salary and Allowances of the Nominated Independent Member of the Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers) (First Amendment) Order, 2010.
2. Amendment to Clause 2.—In clause (2), of the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Salary and Allowances of the Nominated Independent Member of the Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumer) Order, 2008, published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 11th September, 2008 for the figure and words "Rs.20000/- (rupees twenty thousand only)" the figure and words "Rs.25000/- (rupees twenty five thousand only)" shall be substituted.
