संख्याःसंख्याःसंख्याःसंख्याःपर(एपी-बी)डी(3)-4/2001पर(एपी-बी)डी(3)-4/2001पर(एपी-बी)डी(3)-4/2001पर(एपी-बी)डी(3)-4/2001-III.—हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 162 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्या पर (एपी-बी) डी (3)-4/2001, तारीख 28-01-2004 द्वारा जारी और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में तारीख 28-01-2004 को प्रकाशित हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवाएं चयन बोर्ड, हमीरपुर के (प्रक्रिया और संचालन) नियम, 2004 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात् :--
1111.... संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ....--------(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवाएं चयन बोर्ड, हमीरपुर (प्रक्रिया और संचालन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियम, 2010 है ।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 190-राजपत्र/2010-13-12-2010 (6635)6636 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 दिसम्बर, 2010/22 अग्रहायण, 1932 2222.... नियम 4 का सनियम 4 का सनियम 4 का सनियम 4 का संंंंश्श्श्शोधनाोधनाोधनाोधन....--------हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवाएं चयन बोर्ड, हमीरपुर (प्रक्रिया और संचालन) नियम, 2004 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (vii) में आए विद्यमान ''फार्मासिस्ट (आयुर्वेद/स्वास्थ्य विभाग),'' शब्दों, कोष्ठक और चिन्ह के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द, कोष्ठक और चिन्ह रखे जाएंगे, अर्थात् :--
''फार्मासिस्ट (आयुर्वेद) और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के फार्मासिस्ट के पचास प्रतिशत पद,''

No. Per (AP.B)D(3)-4/2001-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 162 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur (Rules of Business & Procedure) Rules, 2004, issued vide Notification No. Per(AP.B)D(3)-4/2001, dated 28- 01-2004 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra Ordinary) dated 28-01-2004, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur (Rules of Business and Procedure), Second Amendment, Rules, 2010.
(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment of rule 4.—In clause (vii) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur (Rules of Business and Procedure) Rules, 2004, for the existing words and signs appearing in second & third lines "Pharmacists (Ayurveda/Health Department)", the following words and signs shall be substituted, namely: —
"Pharmacists (Ayurveda) and 50 percent posts of Pharmacists of Health Department,"

No. Per(AP.B)B(1)-1/98-Part.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 162 read with proviso to Article 309 of Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased further to amend the notification regarding constitution of the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board issued vide Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(1)-1/98 dated 06-10-1998, namely :—
Amendment of Para 2.—In Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board notification, dated 06-10-98, in item (vii) of sub-para (1) of para 2, for the existing word and signs appearing in second & third lines "Pharmacists (Ayurveda/Health Department)", the following words & signs shall be substituted, namely: —
