नोटिस बनात आम जनता।

206-राजपत्र/2011-4-1-2011 (7925) 7926 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 4 जनवरी, 2011/14 पौष, 1932 मनोज प्रभाकर उर्फ टार्जन प्रकाश पुत्र श्री ढाले राम, निवासी लिगन, पोस्ट ऑफिस पंनगा, तहसील मनाली, जिला कुल्लू, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस न्यायालय में आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र गुजारा है कि उसके पुत्र निशान्त कश्यप का जन्म दिनांक 13-12-2007 को हुआ है परन्तु उसकी जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत रियाड़ा में दर्ज नहीं की गई है। जिसे अब दर्ज करवाने के आदेश सादर फरमाए जावें।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को निशान्त कश्सप की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने बारे आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 13-1-2011 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत हजा में अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर एतराज समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसार मृत्यु तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

आज दिनांक 13-12- 2010 को मेर हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी हुआ।

Jari, Tehsil and District Kullu (H. P.) presently wife of Shri Hukam Ram s/o Shri Het Ram, r/o Village Soyal, P.O. Haripur, Tehsil Manali, District Kullu (H.P.) has presented an application on 14-12-2010 in this Court for the registration of marriage under Special Marriage Act, 1954. Hence this proclamation is hereby issued for the information of general public that if any persons have any objection for the registration of the above marriage can appear in this Court on 13-1-2011 at 2.00 P. M. to object registration of above marriage personally or through an authorized agent failing which this marriage will be registered under this Act, 1954 accordingly.

No. SEC-13-90/2009-I-45.—Whereas in pursuance to Notification No. SEC-13-90/2009- 4068-4220 dt. 4th Dec,2010 under Rule 22 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal (Election) Rules, 1994, elections to Nagar Panchayat Kotkhai in District Shimla and Banjar in District Kullu has been held for the purpose of constituting these Nagar Panchayats in Himachal Pradesh;

Whereas the results of the elections for all the office bearer of these municipalities have been declared by the Returning Officers concerned;

Whereas the term of office bearers of Nagar Panchayat Kotkhai and Banjar is expiring on 3rd and 4th January, 2011 respectively and it is mandatory under Article 243-U(3)(a) read with Section 13 and 14 of the HP Municipal Act, 1994 to constitute these municipalities before the expiry of their term;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 27(2) of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 read with rule 65 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 1994 the State Election Commission hereby notifies the names of the elected office bearer for Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats as per Annexure attached to this Notification.
