"Oustee" for the purpose of allotment of plots in these Rules means a person, husband/wife of the person who is entered as owner/co-owner of land in the Revenue record, their children including step or adopted children, including his/her parents and those brothers and sisters who are living jointly with him/her as per entries of Panchayat Parivar Register and has been deprived of his house or shop or both or of his shop-cum-residence on account of land acquisition proceedings in connection with the Bhakra Dam Project and is entitled to compensation thereof, or a person who has been or may be deprived of his house or shop of both or of his shop-cum-residence on account of land acquisition proceedings taken or hereafter to be taken for the construction of the New Township of Bilaspur and who has not been or cannot be allotted land for the construction of his new house or shop or both for shop-cum-residence elsewhere."

A (3)-1/2002 dated 18th December, 2003, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh, & Protocol Department, Assistant Director Hospitality Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (Ist amendment) Rules, 2010:—
(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of Pulication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure "A" to the Himachal Pradesh, Hospitality & Protocol Department, Assistant Director Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rule, 2003:—
(a) For the existing provisions against column No. 4, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

(क) स्तम्भ संख्या ः 4 के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा अर्थातः-
''पे बैन्ड 10,300-34,800/-रुपये जमा 3800/-रुपये ग्रेड पे''

No. Hosp. A(9)-7/1999.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article-309 of the Constitution of India, The Governor, Himachal Pradesh in Consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission,is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Hospitality & Protocol Department, Senior Assistant Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 2001, notified vide notification No. Hosp. A (9)-7/1999 dated 1st May, 2001, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh, Hospitality & Protocol Department, Senior Assistant Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (2nd amendment) Rules, 2010:—
(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of Pulication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure "A" to the Himachal Pradesh, Hospitality & Protocol Department, Senior Assistant Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2001:—
(a) For the existing provisions against column No. 4, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"pay band Rs. 10300-34800+3800 Grade pay"

1111.... संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ....--------(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश आतिथ्य एवं प्रोटोकोल विभाग कनिष्ठ सहायक, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2010 है। (2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किये जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे।
