उपरोक्त प्रार्थिया ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय ब्यान हल्फिया इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसकी (सवित्रा देवी स्वयं) जन्म तिथि 18-3-1977 को है जोकि ग्राम पंचायत तूंग के रिकार्ड में दर्ज न है और जिसे अब दर्ज किया जाए।
इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थिया (सवित्रा देवी स्वयं) की जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत उपरोक्त के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने में यदि कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 24-5-2011 को असालतन या वकालतन अदालत में आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद होने पर कोई किसी प्रकार का एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा तथा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर जन्म तिथि का इन्द्राज करने का आदेश पारित किया जाएगा।

अतः इस बारे किसी को कोई उजर-एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 18-5-2011 को अदालत हजा में आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।

ORDER राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 अप्रैल, 2011/9 वैशाख, 1933 553 Whereas,Shri Kirpa Ram s/o Shri Mansa Ram, Village Shila-Badlog, Pg. Jakholi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh appeared before me and submitted an application alongwith an affidavit to effect his son Mr. Ramesh born on 3-4-1978 and he could not get entered the date of birth entry with the local Registrar of Birth and Death Gram Panchayat and the same be ordered to be entered Gram Panchayat record.
Hence, proclamation is hereby made to the respondents General Public/Gram Panchayat Nanhar inviting the objection if any, if some one has any objection regarding registration of birth, he may appear before the undersigned court on or before 16-5-2011 failing which ex-parte proceeding will be initiated and the order of the registration of birth be announced.

The ULB-wise and indicator-wise current status and targets are enclosed at Annexure-A.
