No. Ind-II(F)6-20/2005.—In exercise of the power conferred under Sub-Section (2) of Section 26 read with Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 (Act No. 67 of 1957) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to empower/authorize the following Officers to seize any mineral raised or transported or caused to be raised or transported by any person without any lawful authority, any mineral from any land and for that purpose uses any tool, equipment, vehicle or any other thing for this purpose with immediate effect:-

श्रीमती बुनकली देवी पत्नी श्री जोती राम, ग्राम व उप-तहसील रोनहाट ने इस न्यायालय में ब्यान हल्फी सहित एक प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि उसकी सही जन्म तिथि 31-12-1951 है, परन्तु ग्राम पंचायत रास्त के पंचायती रिकार्ड में उनकी जन्म तिथि मात्र 1951 दर्ज है, जोकि गलत है। प्रार्थीन इस गलती को दुरुस्त करवाना चाहती है।

अतः आम जनता व सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को इस अदालती इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर उपरोक्त दुरुस्ती बारे किसी को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह अपने उजर या एतराज दिनांक 27 मई, 2011 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व पेश कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई भी उजर या एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा और प्रार्थना-पत्र उपरोक्त पर अगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी। आज दिनांक 21-4-2011 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर न्यायालय द्वारा जारी हुआ।
