No. 1299/2008 titled as Yoginder Singh Vs State of Himachal Pradesh, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute Task Force (s) in all Forest Divisions of the Forest Department comprising of the following officers :—

2. In the above Task Force(s), Divisional Forest Officer(s) shall function as convener of the Task Force(s) and meet regularly as per need.

F.I.Rs will be lodged on or before 19.06.2011 as per orders of the Hon'ble High Court.

4. The Divisional Forest officer will give a certificate duly countersigned by the Conservator of Forests that there is no encroachment on 10 Bighas of forest land made in the area falling in his jurisdiction.

5. The Task Force (s) shall work directly under the superintendence and control of the Monitoring Committee as constituted by the Hon'ble High Court.

Whereas the above named applicants have made an application under section 8 (4) of the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 24-11-2010 at Khari Bahi but has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages G.P. Ram Nagar.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, they should appear before the court of undersigned on 30-7-2011 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 10.00 A. M. either personally or through their authorized agent.

In the event of their failure to do so, orders shall be passed ex-parte for the registration of marriage without affording any further opportunity of being heard.

अतः आम जनता व उनके रिश्तेदारों/माता-पिता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस बारा कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 19-7-2011 को दोपहर 2.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजर अदालत होकर पेश करे अन्यथा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर शादी पंजीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र जारी कर दिया जाएगा तथा बाद में कोई भी उजर काबले समायत न होगा।

संख्या : एनसंख्या : एनसंख्या : एनसंख्या : एन....ईईईई....एसएसएसएस....-एफ--एफ--एफ--एफ-(2)-2/20112)-2/20112)-2/20112)-2/2011....-------- यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत हेाता है कि M/s Gujarat Coastal Construction Ltd. 610 Yashkamal Building Station Road Sayajigunj, Baroda, Gujarat-390005 जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का पहला अधिनिमय) की धारा-3 के खण्ड (ई) के अन्तर्गत एक निजी कम्पनी है, के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर कम्पनी के प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मुहाल रंजणी, पुढ़न, सरोग, भसुआ, घडेत्रा, बाडी, मैडा तथा ऐहणी तहसील सलूणी, जिला चम्बा, हि0 प्र0 में सियूल -1 (5मै.वा.) लघु जल विद्युत परियोजना के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएवः एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है ।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को जो इससे सम्बन्धित हैं या हो सकते हैं की जानकारी के लिए भू-अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-4 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है ।
