No. EXN-F(10)3/2003-II.—In addition to the persons already authorized vide this department Notification of even number dated 28.01.2011, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers vested in her under subsection (1) of Section 4-A of the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On Certain Goods Carried by Road) Act,1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999), is pleased to authorize the following persons, selling or purchasing or causing or authorising to cause despatch or receipt of goods for carriage by road, to collect the amount of tax payable under the Act ibid, from the person incharge of the mechanical vehicle or cart in or on which the goods are to be carried or the person in-charge of the goods, as the case may be, in the manner prescribed under the Section 4-A of the Act ibid and to make payment of the amount so collected into the Government Treasury:-

ससससंंंंख्ख्ख्ख्याःयाःयाःयाः पीपीपीपी....बीबीबीबी....डब्लयडब्लयडब्लयडब्लयूूूू ((((बी)एफ (5)28/2011बी)एफ (5)28/2011बी)एफ (5)28/2011बी)एफ (5)28/2011....--------यतः हिमाचल प्र्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होेता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामत गांव मस्याणी, उप-तहसील बल्द्वाडा, जिला मण्डी में ऊना-अघार-जाहू-कलखर-नैर चौक सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद् द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भू-अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा. 4 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।
3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेेक्षण करने तथा उस धारा द्वारा अपेिक्षत अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यो क े करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं । राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 जून, 2011/2 आषाढ़, 1933 1237 4. कोई भी हितबद्व व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होनेे के तीस (30) दिन की अवधि के भीतर भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश के समक्ष लिखित आपत्दिायर कर सकता हैं

No. 1-315/76-Fin (LA) Vol-7.—(1) On the exoneration/acquittal of Shri Ravinder Singh, Junior Auditor in the vigilance case registered against him and following decision of the Government not to prefer an appeal in the Honourable High Court as conveyed vide Deputy Secretary (Vigilance) letter No. Home (Vig.) A (5)-259/2009-UD dated 26-11-2010 his case was examined in the department and not found fit for initiation of departmental proceedings against him.
(2) Therefore, the sealed cover containing the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (which last met on 05.07.2010) in respect of Shri Ravinder Singh, Junior Auditor was opened and in line with the said recommendations the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to promote Shri Ravinder Singh, Junior Auditor presently in the Pay Band of Rs. 10300- 34800+Rs. 3800 Grade Pay, to the post of Section Officer (Class-II-Gazetted) in the Pay Band Rs. 10300-34800+Rs. 4400 Grade Pay, notionally with effect from 30.07.2010 i.e. the date his junior Shri Punish Sagar, joined as Section Officer.
(3) In view of the above promotion and as per the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is also pleased to place Shri Ravinder Singh, Junior Auditor ahead of his juniors namely Shri Punish Sagar, and Shri Rajvir Singh, Junior Auditors of Local Audit Department, Himachal Pradesh (Class-III-Non-Gazetted) who were promoted to the post of Section Officer (Class-II-Gazetted) in the Pay Band Rs. 10300- 34800+Rs. 4400 Grade Pay vide this office Notification of even No. dated 29.07.2010.
(4) Subsequent to the above promotion Shri Anil Kumar (216), Junior Auditor of Local Audit Department promoted to the post of Section Officer Class-II (Gazetted) in the Pay Band of Rs. 10300-34800+Rs. 4400 Grade Pay, purely on an officiating basis, against sealed cover vide this office Notification of even No. dated 29.07.2010 is hereby reverted to the post of Junior Auditor with immediate effect. He will keep doing the audit-in-hand till further orders.
(5) Consequent upon the above promotion, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is also pleased to post Shri Ravinder Singh, Junior Auditor at Audit Circle, Shimla with H.Q. at Shimla.
(6) The above officer will remain on probation for a period of two years from the date of his joining as Section Officer.
(7) Shri Ravinder Singh may submit his option for fixation of pay within one month from the date of issue of this notification.
