संख्या संख्या संख्या संख्या विद्युतविद्युतविद्युतविद्युत-छ--छ--छ--छ-((((5555))))-2/2011-2/2011-2/2011-2/2011....----ययययतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत हेाता है कि नेशनल थर्मल पावर कारपोरेशन, जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 1894 (1894 का पहला अधिनियम) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (सी.सी.) के अन्तर्गत सरकार के स्वामित्व और नियन्त्रण के अधीन एक निगम है के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामक मुहाल कसोल, तहसील सदर, जिला बिलासपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश में कोल बॉंध परियोजना के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है। अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-6 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना हेतु धोषणा की जाती है और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-7 के उपबन्धों के अधीन भू अर्जन समाहर्ता-एवं-उपमण्डलाधिकारी (ना0) बिलासपुर, जिला बिलासपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेश लेने का एतद्‌द्वारा निर्देश दिया जाता है।

File No. MPP –B (13)-2/2010.—In continuation to this Department Notification of even no dated 8.11.2010, the Governor Himachal Pradesh is pleased to create posts of following categories of staff on need based manpower requirement to perform statutory functions of Himachal Pradesh Load Dispatch Centre under the aegis HP Load Dispatch Society (HPLDS) :-

1. Technical - 9 Nos. 2. Non-Technical - 5 Nos. 3. Financial

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that the cadre of these 15 posts (Officers/staff) shall be manned completely on secondment basis from HPSEBL except engagement of one number of financial expert (Retired/Serving) to be borrowed from Director, Treasury and Accounts and if not available, then by hiring a retired person. The HPSEBL will simultaneously abolish all corresponding posts, if at entry level and adjust promotional posts in concerned cadres.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is also pleased to order that the funding of the staff to be deployed in State Load Dispatch Centre shall be made primarily by the DISCOM or other customer(s) as decided by the HP State Electricity Regulatory Commission against the Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) determined by it. Additionally, revenues collected from applicants on account of grant of short/medium/ long term open access by the State Load Dispatch Centre, as the case may be, shall also be utilized for meeting various costs including the manpower cost associated with the functioning of State Load Dispatch Centre.

No. Per (A-I)B(6)-1/77-II.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfer of Shri Narinder Chauhan, IAS (HP:84), Principal Secretary (Home & Vigilance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh who is also holding the additional charge of Principal Secretary (I&PH) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and to appoint him as Chief Electoral Officer, Himachal Pradesh, with effect from 01.09.2011, with the approval of the Election Commission of India.

2. The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is further pleased to order that Shri Narinder Chauhan, IAS shall also function as Principal Secretary (Election) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

NOTIFICATION

No. 154/HP/2010/EPS.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh hereby nominates Shri Narinder Chauhan, IAS (HP:84) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Himachal Pradesh with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri Manoj Kumar, IAS.

2. Shri Narinder Chauhan, IAS shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Himachal Pradesh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3. Shri Narinder Chauhan, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Himachal Pradesh shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Himachal Pradesh except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
