ससससंंंंख्ख्ख्ख्यायायाया ई0 ई0 ई0 ई0 एक्स0ए एक्स0ए एक्स0ए एक्स0एन0न0न0न0-एफ(10)-एफ(10)-एफ(10)-एफ(10) 3/2003-3/2003-3/2003-3/2003-II.—हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश (सड़क द्वारा कतिपय माल के वहन पर) कराधान अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का अधिनियम सख्यांक 16) की धारा 4-क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना, तारीख 28-01-2011 एवं 21 जनू, 2011 द्वारा पहले से ही प्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों के अतिरिक्त, सड़क द्वारा वहन के लिए माल का विक्रय करने या क्रय करने या प्रेषण या प्राप्ति कारित करने या करवाने को प्राधिकृत करने वाले निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को, पूर्वाक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4-क के अधीन विहित रीति म,ें यथास्थिति, यांित्रक यान या छकड़ा, जिसमें या जिस पर माल वहन किया जाना है, के प्रभारी व्यक्ति से या माल के प्रभारी व्यक्ति से, पूर्वाेक्त अधिनियम के अधीन संदेय कर की रकम का संग्रहण करने और इस प्रकार संगृहीत रकम को सरकारी कोष में संदत्त करने हेतू प्राधिकृत करती है :-

No. EXN-F(10)3/2003-II.—In addition to the persons already authorized vide this department Notification of even number dated 28-01-2011& 21st June, 2011 the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers vested in her under subsection (1) of Section 4-A of the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On Certain Goods Carried by Road) Act,1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999), is pleased to authorize the following persons, selling or purchasing or causing or authorising to cause despatch or receipt of goods for carriage by road, to collect the amount of tax payable under the Act ibid, from the person in-charge of the mechanical vehicle or cart in or on which the goods are to be carried or the person in-charge of the goods, as the case may be, in the manner prescribed under the Section 4-A of the Act ibid and to make payment of the amount so collected into the Government Treasury:-

The applicant Mrs. Radha Sanghoee, w/o Lt. Col. Naresh Sanghoee, r/o "Maya Bhawan", Civil Lines, Dharamshala had filed an application in my court for the change of her name from Radha Sanghoee (Old Name) to Radheshwari Sanghoee (New Name) and the publication/ Notification of change of name in the State Government Gazette-Rajpatra.
After following the proper procedure the day of 23rd August, 2011, i. e. today was fixed for filling objections by the General Public. No objections have been received on the said date.
I am satisfied that it is a genuine case and order the change of the applicant to her new name i. e. Radheshwari Sangoee. In future she will be known as Radheshwari Sanghoee, and further order the change of name in the State Government Gazette-Rajpatra as per the public notice given by the applicant for the change of name on 2 national dailies namely "The Tribune" and "Dainik Tribune" published on 2-6-2011.
