श्री कर्म चन्द पुत्र श्री नमज्ञल, गांव गोम्पा, डाकघर करपट, उप-तहसील उदयपुर, जिला लाहौल स्पिति, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने एक आवेदन-पत्र शपथ-पत्र सहित इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है जिसमें उसने उल्लेख किया है कि प्रार्थी का नाम ग्राम पंचायत तिंगरट, उप-तहसील उदयपुर, जिला लाहौल स्पिति के4183 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 19 नवम्बर, 2011/28 कार्तिक, 1933 परिवार रजिस्टर में रिगजिन लिखा गया है और प्रार्थी के पुत्र तेनजिन शाकिया का नाम राजीव लिखा गया है जबकि राजीव का नाम स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्रों में तेनजिन शाकिया लिखा गया है। प्रार्थी अक्सर घर से बाहर रहता है इसलिए ग्राम पंचायत तिंगरट के पंचायत रजिस्टर व परिवार रजिस्टर में प्रार्थी तथा प्रार्थी के पुत्र का नाम गलत दर्ज हुआ है जोकि अब परिवार रजिस्टर में प्रार्थी अपना नाम कर्मचन्द तथा पुत्र का नाम तेनजिन शाकिया दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।

B (14)-7/2011.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee, is pleased to promote following Deputy District Attorneys (Class-I, Gazetted) as District Attorney in the pay scale (Pre-revised) of Rs. 10,025-15,100/- with immediate effect:-

2. The above officer will be on probation for a period of two years.

4. The above officers will be eligible to exercise the option for fixation of their pay as District Attorney under F.R. 22 (1) a (1) within a period of one month from the date of issue of this notification.
