No. LSG-A(4)11/ 85.—Whereas a proposal for inclusion of certain local areas in Nagar Panchayat Rewalsar, specified in Schedule 'A' to this Department notification of even number dated 18-8-2010 was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (ordinary), dated 20-8-2010 for inviting objections of the affected persons through Deputy Commissioner, Mandi within six weeks from the date of publication of the said notification;
And whereas, no objections have been received within the specified period;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994, (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to include the local areas, as specified in Schedule 'A', in the Nagar Panchayat Rewalsar.

ससससंंंंख्ख्ख्ख्यायायाया आइआइआइआर्र्ई0000पी0एच0-बी0 (एफ) 4-3/2011पी0एच0-बी0 (एफ) 4-3/2011पी0एच0-बी0 (एफ) 4-3/2011पी0एच0-बी0 (एफ) 4-3/2011....----हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश जल प्रदेश आपूर्ति अधिनियम, 1968 (1969 का अधिनियम संख्या 8) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याः आई0पी0एच0 (3) 14/84 तारीख 30-12-1989 द्वारा अधिसूचित हिमाचल प्रदेश जलापूर्ति नियम, 1989 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्ः- 1111.... ससससंंंंक्षििििप्त नाक्षप्त नाक्षप्त नाक्षप्त नामममम....---- इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश जलापूर्ति (संशोधन) नियम, 2011 है।
2222.... नियम 4 का सनियम 4 का सनियम 4 का सनियम 4 का संंंंश्श्श्शााााााोेेेध्ध्ध्धनानानान....----हिमाचल प्रदेश जलापूर्ति नियम, 1989 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात् "उक्त नियम" कहा गया है) के नियम 4 में ''अधिशासी अभियन्ता'' शब्द जहाँ कहीं भी ये आते हैं, के स्थान पर ''सहायक अभियन्ता'' शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
3333.... नियम 5 का सनियम 5 का सनियम 5 का सनियम 5 का संंंंश्श्श्शााााााोेेेध्ध्ध्धनानानान....----उक्त नियमों के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (i) में ''अधिशासी अभियन्ता'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''सहायक अभियन्ता'' शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
Shimla-2, the 2nd December, 2011
No. IPH-B(F)4-3/11.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Water Supply Act, 1968 (Act No.8 of 1969) the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Water Supply Rules, 1989 notified vide this department Notification No. IPH (3)14/84 dated 30.12.1989, namely :—
1. Short title.—These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Water Supply (Amendment) Rules, 2011.
2. Amendment of Rule 4.—In rule 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Water Supply Rules, 1989 (hereinafter called the said rules), for the words 'Executive Engineer' wherever they occur, the words 'Assistant Engineer' shall be substituted.

4. Amendment of Rule 7.—In sub rule (i) of rule 7 of the said rules, for the words 'Executive Engineer' the words 'Assistant Engineer' shall be substituted.
