संख्या रैव0बी0एफ0(10)-565/2006.-हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-जोत अधिकतम सीमा अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 5 के खण्ड (ज) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचित करते हैं कि मै0 महावीर स्पीनिंंग मिल्ज लिमिटेड (वर्तमान में मै0 वर्धमान स्पीनिंग एण्ड जनरल मिल्ज लिमिटेड के नाम से विख्यात) तहसील नालागढ, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश के नाम पर स्थापित औद्योगिक इकाई का विस्तार करने हेतु निम्नलिखित विवरण के अनुसार अर्जित की जा रही भूमि को, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-जोत अधिकतम सीमा अधिनियम 1972 के उपबन्धों के प्रवर्तन से छूट दी जाएगी।

B.F.(10)-565/2006.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act 1972, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify that the land as described below to be acquired by M/S Mahavir Spinning Mills Ltd. (formerly known as M/s Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd.) located in Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan for the extension of existing industrial unit shall be exempted from the operation of the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act, 1972.

संख्या उद्योग–II (एफ) 6-16/2011.-हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश खनिज (अवैध खन्‌न, परिवहन और भण्डारण का निवारण) नियम, 2004 के नियम, 8 के साथ पठित हिमाचल प्रदेश माईनर मिनरलज़ (कन्सैशन) रिवाईजड रूल्ज, 1971 के नियम 57 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, स्टेट हाइवे नम्बर 1 अर्थात्‌ लाल ढांग-पांवटा-राजबन-रोहडू (एल0पी0आर0आर0) रोड़, जिला सिरमौर के सतौन-हियोना-कमरऊ ट्रक के साथ, यान, पशु या परिवहन की किसी अन्य रीति जिस द्वारा खनन पट्‌टा क्षेत्रों से अन्य स्थानों के लिए खनिज ले जाए जा रहें हैं की जाँॅच करने हेतु, गांव हियोना में खनन चैक पोस्ट स्थापित करती हैं और यह भी आदेश देती है कि पूर्वोक्त नियमों के उपबन्धों का सम्य्‌क पालन किया जाएगा। खनिजों को ले जा रहा कोई भी यान, पशु या परिवहन की किसी अन्य रीति ट्रांजिट पास अर्थात ''एम'' फार्म, जो खनन अधिकारी सिरमौर या इस निमित्त प्राधिकृत अन्य अधिकारियों द्वारा सम्य्‌क रूप से प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित हो, को जमा करवाए बिना उपरोक्त खनन चैक पोस्ट को पार नहीं करेगा। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति जो, यान, पशु या परिवहन की किसी अन्य रीति द्वारा खनिज का परेषण कर रहा है, फार्म ''एम'' को खन्‌न चैक पोस्ट पर कत्र्तव्यारूढ़ स्टाफ के पास जमा करवाएगा और ले जाए जा रहे खनिजों की मात्रा के तोल या माप के सत्यापन को अपने साथ रखेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 2nd January, 2012

No. Ind-II(F)6-16/2011.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 57 of the Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Revised Rules, 1971, read with Rule 8 of the Himachal Pradesh Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2004, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to establish a Mining Check Post at Village Hiyona along Sataun-Hiyona-Kamroo track of the State Highway No.1, i.e., Lal Dhang-Paonta-Rajban-Rohru (L.P.R.R.) road, District Sirmour for checking the vehicle, animal or any other mode of transport for carrying minerals from the mining lease areas to other destinations and further order that the provisions of aforesaid Rules shall be duly complied with.

No vehicle, animal or other mode of transportation carrying minerals will cross the above Mining Check Post without depositing transit pass i.e. 'M' Form duly countersigned by the Mining Officer, Sirmour or other officials authorized in this behalf. That every person carrying a consignment of mineral by a vehicle, animal or any other mode of transportation shall deposit said Form 'M' with the staff on duty at the Mining Check Post and carry out verification of the weighment or measurement of the quantity of the mineral being transported.
