Whereas the above named applicants have made an application under section 8 (40) of the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 9-6-2005 at Bhagsu Nag but has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages i. e. Secretary G. P. Kareri.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration of marriage with the Registrar of marriages and now, therefore, necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, then they should appear before the undersigned in my court on 22-2-2012 at Tehsil Office, Dharamshala at 10.00 A. M. either personally or through their authorized agent.

In the event of their failure to do so, orders shall be passed exparte against the respondents for the registration of marriage without affording any further opportunity of being heard.

Whereas, I the undersigned, am of opinion, on the grounds specified below, that you are in un-authorized occupation of public premises mentioned in the scheduled below and that you should be evicted from the said premises :—

That you are in un-authorized occupation of shop No. 6 of the petitioner society which was let out to you w. e. f. 22-7-1997 at monthly rent of Rs. 325/- for 11 months vide lease deed dated 15-7-1997. You have defaulted in paying the rent and thus an arrear of rent @ Rs. 325/- per month from 1-1-2007 of 31-8-2011 amounting to Rs. 18,200/- has become due. A notice was issued to you by the petitioner society on 11-7-2011 through registered AD, which was received back un- delivered which shows that you have intentionally evaded the service of notice. Hence, you are in un-authorized occupation of the said premises and liable to be ejected from the said shop and to pay market rent @ Rs. 1,000/- p. m. for use and occupation of the premises w. e. f. 31-8-2011.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the H. P. Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1971, I hereby call upon you to show cause on or before 23-2-2012 why such an order of eviction should not be made.
