No. FDS-B(15)-2/2010.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and in consultation with the H. P. Public Service Commission, is pleased to order the promotion of the following Inspector Grade.I, F, CS&CA as Food and Supplies Officer (Class-II, Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of ` 10300-34800+4400 GP in the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department with immediate effect and to post them as such in the Districts shown against their names:-

3. The above officers shall be entitled to exercise their option for fixation of pay under the provision of FR-22(I)(a)(1) within one month from the date of issue of this notification and their pay will be fixed in accordance with Rule 11 of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules,2009.

4. The above promotions are subject to the final outcome in Writ petition (Civil) No. 8077/2011-titled Puran Chand Vrs. State of H.P. & others in the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

I, F,CS&CA, to the post of Food & Supplies officer(Class-II, Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of ` 10300-34800+4400 GP on officiating basis in the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect.

2. The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to post the above Officer on officiating promotion as Food & Supplies Officer in the O/O District Controller, F,CS&CA, Kinnaur, Distt. Kinnaur, against vacancy.

3. This officiating promotion shall not confer upon Sh. Beer Singh any right to claim for continuation, seniority and regular promotion.

4. The above promotion is subject to the final outcome in Writ petition (Civil) No. 8077/2011-titled Puran Chand Vrs. State of H. P. & others in the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

No.EXN-F (16)3/1999.—The Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers vested in her under sub-Section (3) of Section 12 of the Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Duty Act, 1968 (Act No. 12 of 1968) is pleased to exempt M/s Shankar Magical Company from the payment of duty under the Act ibid on the Magic Shows to be organized in the State of Himachal Pradesh w.e.f. 01.05.2012 to 31.07.2012.
