No. HHC/Admn.3(283)/90.—13 days commuted leave on and w.e.f 13.02.2012 to 25.02.2012 with permission to pefix second Saturday and Sunday falling on 11.02.2012 and 12.02.2012 and suffix Sunday falling on 26.02.2012 is hereby sanctioned, ex post facto, in favour of Shri Chhape Ram, Secretary of this Registry.

Certified that Shri Chhape Ram has joined the same post and at the same station from where he had proceeded on leave after the expiry of the above leave period.

संख्या फिन(सी)ए (3) 11/2003.- हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य को यथा लागू सैन्ट्रल सिविल सर्विसिज (लीव) रुल्ज, 1972 का और संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सैन्ट्रल सिविल सर्विसिज (लीव) (हिमाचल प्रदेश) अमैन्डमैन्ट, रूल्ज, 2012 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रूल्ज का लोप.-हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य को यथा लागू सैन्ट्रल सिविल सर्विसिज (लीव) रूल्ज, 1972 में,-

(क) रूल 39 के सब रूल 2(b)के सब कालम (ii) का लोप किया जायेगा;

(ख) रूल 43AA का लोप किया जायेगा;

(ग) रूल 43-B का लोप किया जायेगा; और

(घ) रूल 43-C का लोप किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 7th March, 2012

No. Fin (C)A(3)-11/2003.— In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972 in their application to the State of Himachal Pradesh, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Leave) (Himachal Pradesh) Amendment, Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2 Deletion of Rules.—In CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, in their application to State of Himachal Pradesh, -

(a) the sub clause (ii) of sub rule 2(b) of Rule 39 shall be deleted,

(b) the Rule 43- AA shall be deleted;

(d) the Rule 43-C shall be deleted.

संख्याः टीसीपी-ए (3)-2/2011.-हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 87 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित, प्रारूप हिमाचल प्रदेश टॉऊन एण्ड कन्ट्री प्लानिंग (संशोधन) रूल्ज, 2011 को, इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 8.12.2011 द्वारा, इससे सम्भाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्तियों से आक्षेप (पों) और सुझाव (वों) आमंत्रित करने के लिए राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, और इस निमित राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियत अवधि के भीतर आक्षेप और सुझाव प्राप्त हुए हैं तथा उन पर विचार किया गया;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 87 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश टॉऊन एण्ड कन्ट्री प्लानिंग रूल्ज, 1978 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ः- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम.-इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश टा्‌ॅऊन एण्ड कन्ट्री प्लानिंग (संशोधन) नियम, 2012 है।

2. रूल 10-D का अन्तःस्थापन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश टॉऊन एण्ड कन्ट्री प्लानिंग रूल्ज, 1978 के रूल 10-C के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित रूल 10-D अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः-

"10D. The collection of rain water from the roof tops of the buildings shall be compulsory where the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 is in operation in the State as under:-

(i) for all the buildings existing or proposed for construction in future; and

(ii) The guidelines for capturing, storage, integration and distribution of rain water shall be as given in Appendix IV to these rules."

No. TCP-A (3)-2/2011.—Whereas the draft Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Rules, 2011 were published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra Ordinary) vide this department notification of even number dated 08.12.2012 for inviting objection(s) and suggestion(s) from the person likely to be affected thereby, as required under sub-section (I) of section 87 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977(Act No.12 of 1977);

And whereas, objection(s) and suggestion (s) have been received within the stipulated period by the State Government in this behalf and the same have been considered;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by section 87 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Rules, 1978,namely:-

1. Short title.—These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

2. Insertion of rule-10 D.—In the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Rules, 1978, after rule 10-C, the following rule 10-D shall be inserted namely :-

"10D. The collection of rain water from the roof tops of the buildings shall be compulsory where the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 is in operation in the State as under:-

(i) for all the buildings existing or proposed for construction in future; and (ii) The guidelines for capturing, storage, integration and distribution of rain water shall be as given in Appendix IV to these rules."
