No. EDN-A(B)6-8/05-XI.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order to amend the Clause 8 of Annexure-A of 'Grant-in-Aid to Parents Teachers Rules, 2006' notified by this Department vide Notification No.EDN-A(Kha)7-3/2006 dated 29-06-2006 as under:—

"8. Quantum of Grant-in-Aid:- The amount of grant to a PTA in respect of a teacher provided against the following vacant posts by the PTA shall be as under with effect from 01.04.2012:-

1. Assistant Professors (College Cadre) Rs.10,800/-PM

संख्याः 7-362/2009-ई.एक्स.एन.-17270.89.-प्रथम नवम्बर, 1966 से ठीक पूर्व हिमाचल प्रदेश में समाविष्ट क्षेत्राें में तथा पंजाब पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का 31) की धारा 5 के अधीन हिमाचल प्रदेश में जोडे गये क्षेत्रों में यथा प्रवृत पंजाब एक्साईज ऐक्ट, 1914 (1914 का 1) की धारा 59 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 के अधीन और इसके साथ पठित हिमाचल प्रदेश (ऐक्साईज पावर एण्ड अपील) आर्डज, 1965 द्वारा मुझ में निहित वित्तायुक्त (आबकारी) की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये मै, जे0सी0 शर्मा, आबकारी एंव कराधान आयुक्त, हिमाचल प्रदेश, एतद द्वारा हिमाचल प्रदेश लिकर लाईसैंस रूल्ज, 1986 (जिन्हें यहां उसके पश्चात "उक्त रूल्ज" कहा गया है) में प्रथम अपैल, 2012 से और संशोधन करती ह ूं :-

संशोधन

In Rule 38 of the said rules.-

1. After sub-clause (iii) of sub-rule (1-B), new sub-clause (iv) shall be added, namely :-

(iv) the licensee shall sell brands of liquor by affixing Hologram/EALs on the caps of the bottles extending on to the necks thereof.

2. Sub-clause (i) of Sub-rule (1-BB) shall be substituted by the following, namely :-

(i) the licensee shall sell bottled imported foreign liquor in sealed and capsuled bottles only by affixing Hologram/EALs on the caps of the bottles extending on to the necks thereof.

3. The Sub-clause (a) and (c) of Sub-rule (15) shall be substituted by the following, namely :-

(a) The licensee is authorized to bottle foreign liquor only by affixing Hologram/EALs on the cap of liquor bottles extending on to the necks thereof whether manufactured in India or imported.

(c) The licensee shall not bottle any foreign liquor of a strength other than prescribed under Sub-clause (ii) of Sub-rule (31) of Rule 37.

4. The para to Sub-rule (23) shall be substituted by the following, namely :-

The licensee is authorized to bottle country spirit only which includes spiced and special spiced country spirit only at the strength of 50 degree and 60 degree proof respectively by affixing Hologram/EALs on the caps of liquor bottles extending on to the necks thereof.

No.7-362/2009-EXN-17270-89.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (1 of 1914), as in force in the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966 and as in force in the Territories transferred to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-Organization Act, 1966 (31 of 1966) and by virtue of the powers of the Financial Commissioner (Excise), conferred on me under section 9 of the said Act, read with the Himachal Pradesh (Excise Power and Appeal) Orders, 1965, I, J.C.Sharma, Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh hereby make the following further amendments in the Himachal Pradesh Liquor License Rules, 1986 (hereinafter called the 'said rules') as amended from time to time, with effect from 1.4.2012 :-

AMENDMENTS

In Rule 38 of the said rules.-

1. After sub-clause (iii) of sub-rule (1-B), new sub-clause (iv) shall be added, namely :-

"Provided that the District Incharges of the Districts and Excise & Taxation Inspector I/C of the Distilleries, Bottling Plants, L-1B and L-1BB licensed premises will ensure depiction of Batch Numbers and Hologram Numbers in the copies of the Permits/Passes at the time of issuance thereof and before the removal of Country Liquor and Indian Made Foreign Spirit and Foreign Spirit from the licensed premises."

वास्तव में भिन्न-भिन्न दो नामों का मैं एक ही व्यक्ति हूं अतः अब उक्त कागजात माल में जैम्पा नाम के बजाए जैम्पा उपनाम ब्रहम दास दर्ज करवाना चाहता हूं।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त नाम की दरुस्ती बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 26-6-2012 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे इस न्यायालय में असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकते हैं। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

Whereas the above named applicants have made an application under section 8 (4) of the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 26-5-2004 at Dari but has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, they should appear before the court of undersigned on 30-6-2012 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 10.00 A. M. either personally or through their authorized agent.
