No.Mudran (B)2-2/2003.–The Governor, Himachal Pradesh on the recommendations of the Department Promotion Committee, is pleased to order the promotion of Shri Rajinder Kumar, General Foreman (Class-III, Non-Gazetted) to the post of Assistant Controller (Printing), (Class-I Gazetted) in the pay band of ` 10300-34800+` 5000 Grade Pay on regular basis with immediate effect.

The above officer shall remain on probation for a period of two years. He shall be entitled to exercise option for fixation of pay under the provision of FR 22(1)(a)(i) within period of one month from the date of joining.

(3) 8/2006-VI.—यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश परिवहन विभाग, द्वारा अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए नामतः काला अम्ब, तहसील नाहन, जिला सिरमौर, हिमाचल प्रदेश में धर्मकांटा (वे ब्रिज) की स्थापना हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेेत्र मेंं जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी मेेंं निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

संख्याः ई0एक्स0एन0-एफ(1)-4/2011-लूज.-हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 63 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याः ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ(5)-4/2005, तारीख 2 दिसम्बर, 2005 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में तारीख 7 दिसम्बर, 2005 को प्रकाशित हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर नियम, 2005 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियम, 2012 है ।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे । 2. नियम 40 का संशोधन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य पररिवर्धित कर नियम, 2005 के नियम 40 के उप नियम (5) में "31 अक्तूबर" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर "30 नवम्बर" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

No.EXN-F(1)-4/2011-Loose.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, notified by this department notification number EXN-F(5)-4/2005, dated 2nd December, 2005 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra Ordinary) dated 7th December, 2005, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of rule 40.—In sub rule (5) of rule 40 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, for the words and figure '31st October', the words and figure '30th November' shall be substituted.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.
