संख्याः ई0डी0एन0-ए0-क(3)-12/2009.--हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश प्राइवेट शिक्षा संस्था (विनियामक आयोग) अधिनियम, 2010 (2011 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 15) की धारा 4(2) के अधीन उनमें निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जांच समिति की सिफारिशों पर श्री जगत भूषण नड्डा को, हिमाचल प्रदेश प्राइवेट शिक्षा संस्था विनियामक आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में, उनके इस रूप में कार्यग्रहण की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या जब तक वह 65 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण नहीं कर लेते, जो भी पूर्वतर हो, नियुक्त करती हैं।

EDN-A-Ka(3)-12/2009.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her under section 4(2) of the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2010 (Act No. 15 of 2011) and on the recommendations of a Search Committee, is pleased to appoint Shri Jagat Bhushan Nadda as Member of the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission for a period of three years from the date of his joining as such or until he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

संख्या : एन.ई.एस.-एफ-(5)3/2012.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत हेाता है कि मैसर्ज न्युगल पावर कम्पनी प्राईवेट लि., हाउस नं. 4, वार्ड नं. 1, नजदीक होटल टी बड, बांदला टी एस्टटे, पालमपुर, जिला कांगड़ा-176061 जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का पहला अधिनियम) की धारा-3 के खण्ड (ई) के अन्तर्गत एक कम्पनी है, के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर कम्पनी के प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः2247 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 7 जुलाई, 2012/16 आषाढ़, 1934 मुहाल कबाट, डिफरपट, खिलडू भढूं, घुग्गर, खलेट, रोडी व अरला, तहसील पालमपुर, जिला कांगड़ा हि0 प्र0 में न्युगल-II (4.50 मै. वा.) लघु जल विद्युत परियोजना की विद्युत संचरण लाईन (133 के.वी.) के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को जो इससे सम्बन्धित हैं या हो सकते हैं की जानकारी के लिए भू-अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-4 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है ।
3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस अभिकरण में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने और उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः सभी अन्य कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।
4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के 30 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रुप में उप-मण्डलाधिकारी एवं भू अजर्न समाहर्ता, पालमपुर, जिला कांगड़ा हि0प्र0 के समक्ष अपनी आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।
