स्ांख्याः जीएडी-बी-(ए) 4-6/2008.--हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल की राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है कि निम्न स्तम्भ संख्या 5 में दर्शाए गए पटवार वृतों को समाविष्ट कर जिला हमीरपुर में एक नई तहसील बमसन सृजित की जाए, जिसका मुख्यालय टौणी देवी में होगा, ताकि नजदीक के गांवों के सम्बद्ध लोगों को उनके गांव के समीप बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सके और उनको होने वाली असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियन्त्रण हो सके।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला हमीरपुर हिमाचल प्रदेश में एक नई तहसील बमसन का सृजन करती हैं, जिसका मुख्यालय टौणी देवी में होगा :-

नगर एवं ग्राम योजना विभाग

संख्याः टी0सी0पी0-ए (2)-1/2008.-हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 77 की उप धारा (।) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निदेश देती हैं कि पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 39-ग के अधीन निदेशक, नगर एवं ग्राम योजना की शक्तियां आगामी आदेशों तक नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ रामपुर बुशैहर द्वारा प्रयोग की जाएगी। शक्तियों का प्रयोग निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन होगाः-

1. यह कि विकास की अनुमति हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 की धारा 15 क और 16 के अधीन राज्य सरकार द्वारा सम्यक रूप से अधिसूचित विकास योजनाओं/अन्तरिम विकास योजनाओं/नियमों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार है। जहां-कहीं आवश्यक हो, सम्बन्धित स्थानीय निकाय, अपनी भवन उप विधियों में नगर एवं ग्राम योजना विभाग द्वारा विरचित हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 की धारा 15 क और 16 के अधीन बनाई गई विकास योजना/अन्तरिम योजना/नियमों के उपबन्धों के अनुरूप लाने के लिए संशोधन करेगा ।

2. स्थानीय निकाय, उपरोक्त प्रत्यायोजित शक्तियों की बाबत सचिव (नगर एवं ग्राम योजना) हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के पूर्ण नियन्त्रण के अधीन कार्य करेगा ।

3. स्थानीय निकाय को, मानदेय आधार पर, नगर एवं ग्राम येाजना विभाग के स्थानीय योजना अधिकारियों द्वारा सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी ।

उपरोक्त आदेश, राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, 28th July, 2012

NO. TCP-A(2)-1/2008.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub section (1) of Section 77 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No.12 of 1977), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to direct that the powers of the Director, Town and Country Planning under section 39-C of the Act ibid shall be exercised by the Municipal Council,2550 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 जुलाई, 2012/8 श्रावण, 1934 Rampur Bushahr till further orders. The exercise of the powers shall be subject to the following conditions:—

1. That the development permission is in accordance with the provisions of the Development Plans/Interim Development Plans/Rules made under sections 15-A and 16 of the H.P. Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 duly notified by the State Government. Wherever necessary the concerned Local Body will amend its housing bye laws to bring them in consonance with the provisions of Development Plan/Interim Development Plan/Rules made under section 15-A and 16 of the H.P. Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 framed by the Town and Country Planning Department.

2. The Local Body shall function under the overall control of the Secretary (TCP) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh of the powers delegated above.

3. The Local Body shall be assisted by local Planning Officers of the Town and Country Planning Department on honorarium basis.

The above orders would take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

सं0 पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0 (बी0) ई0-(2) 40/2010.-यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु गांव गुम्मा, तहसील चड़गांव, जिला शिमला में रोहडू-डोडरा क्वार सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित विवरणी में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है। 2. यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-6 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचना हेतु की जाती है तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-7 के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फील्ड शिमला को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन करने के आदेश लेने का एतद्‌द्वारा निदेश दिया जाता है।

AND WHEREAS Sh. Avdesh Chandel, S/o of Sh. Kashmir Singh Chandel, Notary Public Ghumarwin has intimated vide letter dated 25-07-2012 that Shri Kashmir Singh Chandel, Notary Public of Sub-Division Ghumarwin of District Bilaspur has died on 10-06-2012 and has also submitted his death certificate to this effect;

NOW, therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(a) of the Notaries Act, 1952 read with rule 13(13) of the Notaries Rules, 1956 is please to order the removal of the name of Shri Kashmir Singh Chandel, Notary Public of Sub-Division Ghumarwin of District Bilaspur from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect.
