161-राजपत्र/2012-31-10-2012 (4593) 4594 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 अक्तूबर, 2012/9 कार्तिक, 1934 श्री जतिन गुप्ता पुत्र श्री दिनेश गुप्ता, निवासी गृह संख्या 238, वार्ड नं0 4 माडल टाऊन मनाली, तहसील मनाली, जिला कुल्लू, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस न्यायालय में आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र गुजारा है कि उसने नेहा गुप्ता पुत्री श्री विनय गुप्ता, निवासी सैरी, डाकघर मोलग, तहसील जैसिंहपुर, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश से दिनांक 6-5-2011 को हिन्दू रीति-रिवाज के मुताबिक विवाह कर लिया है। विवाह नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के अभिलेख में दर्ज नहीं हुआ है तथा दर्ज करने हेतु आवेदन किया है।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उपरोक्त वर्णित विवाह को नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के अभिलेख में दर्ज करने बारे किसी को कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 29-11-2012 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत हजा में अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकता है। यदि उक्त विवाह के बारा कोई आपत्ति प्राप्त न हुई तो यह समझा जाएगा कि उक्त विवाह बारे किसी को एतराज न है तथा विवाह दर्ज करने बारा आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

आज दिनांक 17-10-2012 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी हुआ।

Mr. Rajender s/o Shri Mani Ram, Village Baggi, P. O. Sehali, Sub-tehsil Kotli, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (India) and Jenny Rendtorff d/o Mr. Robert Merineau, r/o H. C. ORTEDSVEJ 33, T. V. 1879, Frederiksberg-Copenhagen, Denmark (At present wife of Mr. Rajender s/o Shri Mani Ram, Village Baggi, P. O. Sehali, Sub-tehsil Kotli, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of the undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage according to Hindu rites and customs on 5-5-2012 at Rishi Prashar Temple, Mandi, Distt. Mandi, Himachal Pradesh and they are living together as husband and wife since then, hence their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 10-11-2012 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

निर्मला देवी पुत्री श्री खजाना राम, निवासी आरठी, डाकघर जोगिन्दरनगर, तहसील जोगिन्द्रनगर, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस न्यायालय में भूमि खाता नं0 56, खतौनी नं0 96 ता 96, खसरा नम्बर 34, 25, 26, 27, 32, 33, 35, 36 व 37, कित्ता 9, रकबा तादादी 04-12-02 बीघा स्थित मुहाल मझारनू/340, तहसील जोगिन्दरनगर की भूमि का विभाजन करने बारे प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है। प्रतिवादीगण क्र0 नं0 1 ता 10 तक को इस न्यायालय द्वारा उपस्थित होने बारे कई बार समन भेजे गए परन्तु व्यक्तिगत तौर पर तामील नहीं हो पा रही है।

अतः उपरोक्त प्रतिवादीगण को इश्तहार राजपत्र द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि वह दिनांक 12-11-2012 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन इस न्यायालय में हाजिर होकर अपने उजर एतराज पेश करें अन्यथा गैर हाजरी की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

आज दिनांक 12-10-2012 को हमारे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।
