श्री विद्या प्रसाद पुत्र श्री मोती राम, निवासी गांव साच, तहसील पांगी, जिला चम्बा उपरोक्त ने इस अदालत में दरख्वास्त गुजारी है कि उसकी तीन बहनें नाम गुरदेई, फलाउ व हीर देई पुत्रियां टीका राम जो लगभग 70-80 वर्षों से लापता हैं उन मेरी बहनों ने न तो शादी की हुई थी न उनकी कोई औलाद है। यह कि मेरी उपरोक्त बहनों के नाम मुहाल साच, तहसील पांगी में उनके नाम भूमि है, जिसका इन्द्राज राजस्व रिकार्ड में अभी तक दर्ज चला आ रहा है जिसको मृतक घोषित करके बरास्त का इन्तकाल करवाने हेतु प्रार्थना की है।
बजरिया इश्तहार हजा सर्वसाधारण जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर किसी भी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त के मृतक घोषित करने बारा किसी प्रकार का कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 29-11-2012 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे इस अदालत में असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर पैरवी मुकद्दमा करें। इसके पश्चात् किसी भी प्रकार का उजर व एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा तथा उपरोक्त के मृतक घोषित करने बारा आदेश अदालत से जारी किए जाएंगे।

अतः आम जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि राजस्व अभिलेख में देवी सरन उर्फ काला दरुस्त दर्ज करने बारा किसी भी व्यक्ति का कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 28-11-2012 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना उजर व एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।
