NOTIFICATION

Shimla, the 6th November, 2012

No.HHC/GAZ/14-52/74-V.—In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings of the members of H.P. Judicial Service in the cadre of Civil Judges (Junior Division) are hereby ordered with immediate effect:—

1. Ms. Divya Jyoti Patial, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMIC (3), Hamirpur is transferred and posted as such in Court No.2, Hamirpur against a vacant post. 168-राजपत्र/2012-8-11-2012 (4649)4650 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 8 नवम्बर, 2012/17 कार्तिक, 1934 2. Shri Hakikat, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMIC (4), Hamirpur is transferred and posted as such in Court No.3, Hamirpur vice serial No.1 above.

3. Ms. Upasna Sharma, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMIC (4), Mandi is transferred and posted as such in Court No.3, Mandi against a vacant post.

4. Ms. Monika Sombal, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JM(8), Shimla is transferred and posted as such in Court No.4, Hamirpur vice serial No.2 above, for practical field training.

5. Shri Ashok Kumar, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JM, is transferred and posted as such in Court No.2, Dharamshala, against a vacant post, for practical field training.

6. Ms. Geetika Kapila, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JM (2), Sarkaghat is transferred and posted as such in Court No.4, Mandi vice serial No.3 above, for practical field training.

7. Shri Gaurav Kumar, Civil Judge (Junior Division), presently under training in H.P. Judicial Academy who was earlier attached for the purpose of drawing salary in Court No.2, Hamirpur, is now attached for that purpose in Court No.8, Shimla till further orders.

8. Shri Prashant Singh Negi, Civil Judge (Junior Division), presently under training in H.P.Judicial Academy who was earlier attached for the purpose of drawing salary in Court No.2, Dharamshala is now attached for that purpose in Court No.2, Kangra, H.P. till further orders.
