Vide letter No. 42-22/78-GS-IV dated 13.9.2012}

Short Title: This amendment may be called CSKHPKV, Palampur Statutes, 1988

(54th Amendment, 2012)

Amendment to Statute 4.1(i), 4.5(1), (2) & (3) of Chapter-IV and Statute 14.3(i), (ii),

(iii), (iv), (v) & (vii) of Chapter XIV of CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya

Statutes, 1988.

Amendment to Statute 4.1(i) The existing provision of Statute 4.1(i) shall stand substituted by the following provision:

4.1(i): Professor/Principal Scientist/Principal Extension Specialist or equivalent, Associate Professor/ Senior Scientist/Senior Extension Specialist or equivalent, Assistant Professor/ Scientist/ Extension Specialist or equivalent, conducting/guiding/teaching/research/ extension education programmes.

Amendment to Statute 4.5(1), (2) & (3) The existing provision under column 2 (Name of post) of Statute 4.5(1), (2) & (3) shall stand substituted by the following:

4.5(1): Professor/Principal Scientist/Principal Extension Specialist or equivalent. 4.5(2): Associate Professor/ Senior Scientist/Senior Extension Specialist or equivalent 4.5(3): Assistant Professor/ Scientist/ Extension Specialist or equivalent

Amendment to Statute 14.3(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) & (vii) The words Professors/equivalent, Associate Professors/equivalent, appearing under Statute 14.3(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) & (vii) shall stand substituted by Professor/Principal Scientist/Principal Extension Specialist or equivalent, Associate Professor/ Senior Scientist/Senior Extension Specialist or equivalent.

As a sequel to above the words Professor/equivalent, Associate Professor/equivalent and Assistant Professor/equivalent wherever appearing in the Statutes prior to this amendment shall stands substituted by Professor/Principal Scientist/ Principal Extension Specialist or equivalent,5345 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 26 नवम्बर, 2012/5 अग्रहायण, 1934 Associate Professor/ Senior Scientist/Senior Extension Specialist or equivalent and Assistant Professor/ Scientist/ Extension Specialist or equivalent, respectively. As such the discipline will continue to be written in bracket i.e. Assistant Professor (Agronomy), Scientist (Agronomy) and Extension Specialist (Agronomy) and like wise and there will be no change in other service conditions and financial liability.

अतः आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि कुमारी मुस्कान को उसके असली माता पिता के साथ ग्राम पंचायत भुलस्वाये के अभिलेख में पंजीकृत करने बारा यदि किसी का कोई एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 16-12-2012 को या इससे पहले या निर्धारित तारीख को कर सकता है। निर्धारित अवधि के बाद कोई एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा।
